Henan is one of the important birthplaces of Chinese civilization, located in the "middle of the nine provinces", known as "Central Plains" and "Zhongzhou". Tai Chi culture is famous all over the world, and Shaolin Kung Fu also originated from it. Li Yinggang, 25 years old this year, is the coach of the Shaolin Tagou Martial Arts School in Songshan, Dengfeng City, Henan Province. He went to the martial arts school to practice martial arts at the age of 9. After practicing martial arts routines for three years, he changed to Sanda and free fighting . He started participating in competitions at the age of 16, won many domestic and international competition championships, and has two gold belts of the Chinese free fighting league. As the coach of Tagou Martial Arts School, Li Yinggang Education’s content is a fusion course of traditional martial arts and free fighting. He often tells students: "Practice Chinese martial arts , you must first learn to be a human being and understand self-discipline. Those who practice martial arts should have good thoughts, improve their martial arts skills in one move and one move, and feel inner peace between one breath and one breath." Li Yinggang said that practicing traditional martial arts is of great help to him in his later practice of free fighting. He wants to pass on his understanding of the integration of traditional martial arts and free fighting to his students over the years and the accumulated experience, hoping that they will master the essence of martial arts and make their own contribution to the inheritance and development of Chinese martial arts.
