Scientists at Tyumen State University have demonstrated through experiments that the practice and game that includes sports during training for football players aged 5-6 years old has a positive impact on the dynamics of coordination ability development.
The development of youth football players' coordination ability is the most important condition for mastering sports movement techniques and ensuring the effectiveness of initial sports training. In the practice of sports work, there has been a trend of professional and preschool children starting football classes. The researchers point out that it was this period that was sensitive to the development of motor coordination (creating the most favorable conditions).
At the same time, the monotonicity of the means used by practitioners is also worthy of attention. Usually, the course becomes "guidance" for beginners athletes mastering movements. This limits children’s opportunity to fully develop coordination and raises questions about their future high athletic performance.
There is a contradiction between the need for coordinated training for preschool football players and the lack of scientific methods taking into account age-related characteristics during this period, which determines the issue of finding effective means and methods in this study. Methods for developing coordination skills for boys aged 5-6 years old to participate in mini soccer.
experimental work was carried out on the basis of the Children's Training Center of the Sports Reserve Team of Tyumen Football Club. The study involved children’s football coaches and boys aged 5-6. Based on a survey of coaches working with children, a list of available sports has been identified that have a developmental role in the coordination of young football players. In addition to football, they also include: coordination ladder, hoop, chip, tennis, gymnastics stick, skipping rope , fitness ball .
After six months of experimental work, all indicators recorded based on the results of the five control exercises were significantly improved: shuttle run 3 x 5 meters, "run to the color ball", "hit in a static ascent" ball shot into the goal from a distance of five meters", "fall gymnastics rod", "stepped over gymnastics rod".
noted the largest increase in results in the control exercise "fall stick", aiming to determine the level of development of reactions and practice "kicking the stationary ball into the goal", which is a characteristic of reaction and distinction.
