On July 15, 2022, the table tennis WTT Star Challenge continued. At the end of the fourth competition day, the top 16 singles were announced. Four men's singles national table tennis players advanced to the top 16. Ma Long reversed French teenager Felix 3-1, and Liang Jingkun reversed French teenager Alex 3-1. Felix and Alex are two brothers. 15-year-old Felix Si has a straight style of play. Malone played against him twice.
