Enter 62 degrees 18 minutes 17 seconds south latitude and 59 degrees 13 minutes 15 seconds west longitude in Google map. You will find a strange mottled shadow area. These columnar or tower-shaped shadows in the sun appear to be incompatible with the surrounding ice and snow environment. So the question arises, are these snow-covered objects man-made structures or outcropping mountain peaks?
From the shape of the shadow, it really looks like a pagoda. When I saw them for the first time, two pictures came to my mind. One is the nine-story Sakyamuni Pagoda located in Yingxian County, Shanxi Province, which is what we often call the Yingxian Wooden Pagoda. It is 67.31 meters high. Under the reflection of the sun, The shadow of the wooden pagoda in Yingxian County is very similar to the shadow of these unknown objects in the video. They are all staggered and layered;
Another similar picture is the pagoda complex in Chiang Mai, Thailand, a towering and pointed pagoda.
In addition to the projections of these strange objects near this longitude and latitude, there is also a tall black triangular object with a base not far away. Speaking of the base, the object in the black projection area also seems to have a clear bottom. When measuring the most obvious projection on the base of the display, it is 64 feet or 20 meters long. However, what is difficult to explain is that the shadow of the black triangular object not far away is also 64, 5 feet and 20 meters long. Could it be that nature has cut the nearby mountains to this height?
Is it possible that this area was a lush forest or a plain with a warm and humid climate millions or even tens of millions of years ago. Good natural conditions gave birth to civilization, and these towering structures are architectural relics similar to the Mayans stargazing?
The reason for this speculation is that in February 2018, CNN had a news article about a research team from Corvinus University in Budapest, Hungary, using lidar detection technology to detect Central American conducted a large-scale exploration of the Mayan city ruins in the Guatemala forest and discovered more than 60,000 previously undiscovered buildings. Some of them are houses, palaces, pyramids, and sacrificial platforms. Among them, the three-dimensional imaging of an area shows several towering tower-like sacrificial platforms, which are very consistent with the unknown structures in the Antarctic area we see today.
So this may be an ancient architectural relic. It is alone in the ice and snow of Antarctica and looks incompatible with the surrounding environment. Of course, this is just a guess. To verify it, we can only use lidar detection or close observation like investigating the ancient Mayan city in the virgin forest.
So, what do you think of this strange object in Antarctica in front of the screen?
