On December 27, 2022, Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. held a departure ceremony for six satellites including the "Huashui-1" satellite, the "Wolfman" satellite, the "Haihe-1" satellite, the "Jilin-1" Gaofen 03D34 satellite, and the "Jilin-1" MF02A03~04 satellite at the Changchun Aerospace Information Industrial Park.

The "Huashui-1" satellite ("Jilin-1" MF02A07 satellite) is a light, small, high-resolution, multi-mode optical remote sensing satellite for smart water conservancy jointly developed by Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. and North China University of Water Resources and Hydropower. It is the country's first inland water remote sensing satellite and the first optical satellite of the "Huashui Constellation". The satellite can acquire sub-meter-level high-resolution remote sensing images and has multi-mode imaging capabilities such as push-broom, video, night-light, and three-dimensional imaging. It can provide efficient intelligent sensing methods for my country's inland surface water resources census, refined surface water management, water ecological monitoring and evaluation, water environment protection, and water disaster emergency response.
