In 2022, the review committee members of the Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Instrument Society conducted formal review, preliminary evaluation and conference evaluation of the application projects, and selected 21 first prizes, including 12 in the Science and Technology Progress Award, 9 in the Technology Invention Award; 36 second prizes, including 32 in the Science and Technology Progress Award, 4 in the Technology Invention Award; 33 in the Third Prize, including 29 in the Science and Technology Progress Award, 4 in the Technology Invention Award; 5 in the Young Science and Technology Talent Award; 5 in the International Science and Technology Cooperation Award.

Introduction to the award-winning achievements

This project starts from three aspects: state perceptibility under complex conditions of switch conversion equipment, fault diagnosis under multi-source noise, and adaptability of operation and maintenance in mutable environments, forming an sensor technology system for intelligent operation and maintenance of switch conversion equipment, realizing all-round and multi-dimensional state monitoring of switch conversion equipment such as mechanics, optics, and electricity. It independently innovated the key technologies for intelligent operation and maintenance of rail transit switch conversion equipment, greatly reducing the operating costs of ; it pioneered the complete system of comprehensive monitoring of switch conversion equipment, realizing independent innovation of comprehensive monitoring and operation and maintenance technology and management model of turnout switch conversion equipment. The overall results have reached the international leading level and have been applied to 27 urban rail lines in 18 railway bureaus, 15 cities in my country, and multiple "Belt and Road" national lines. The number of turnout conversion equipment failures has dropped by more than 15% annually, supporting the safe operation of many major national railway projects such as Sichuan-Tibet Railway (Lalin Section), Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway, and has gone abroad to serve the railway construction of "Belt and Road" countries such as Hungary, Serbia , and achieved huge social and economic benefits.

Introduction to the scientific research team

Professor Su Shuai , Deputy Director of the Frontier Science Center of Smart High-speed Railway, Beijing Jiaotong University, Professor of the National Key Laboratory of Rail Transit Control and Safety.He has been engaged in basic theoretical and practical application research in the field of rail transit train operation control for a long time, presided over and participated in a number of national projects, won the first prize of natural sciences of the Ministry of Education, the first prize of scientific and technological progress of the Chinese Railway Society, etc., and has published more than 40 papers in important domestic and foreign journals and international conferences, and has received positive citations and high praise from many scholars at home and abroad.

Currently, there are 3 professors, 1 associate professor, 1 lecturer, and more than 30 doctoral/master students. The team combines young and middle-aged people and jointly researches, and conducts research on theoretical and technical aspects in fault diagnosis of switch conversion equipment, status monitoring and life prediction, and overcomes a series of key technical problems in intelligent operation and maintenance of switch conversion equipment.

oriented to "how to improve the accuracy of CNC machine tools " national major needs Looking for the two prominent problems of existing CNC machine error measurement instruments with "incomplete measurement, unfast measurement, and inaccurate measurement, and monopolized by European and American countries", the project proposed the principle of 42 geometric error instruments for direct laser measurement of five-axis CNC machine tools, fast automatic measurement method for geometric errors of 21 CNC machine tools, and the simultaneous measurement method and principle of linear axis/rotary axis/spindle multi-degree of spindle-axis coupled dual-frequency lasers based on single polarization-maintaining fiber; conquer key technologies such as light drift common path compensation, 18-error single target lens sensitivity, and precise steering positioning of space light rays. ; Solve problems such as the polarization direction control of the orthogonal polarization laser transmission of a single fiber, the instrument's own error compensation and the unified measurement model of different types of CNC machine tools. For the first time, it has developed a 42-item geometric error instrument for laser high-precision direct measurement of five-axis CNC machine tools with complete independent intellectual property rights. It has significant advantages such as complete measurement parameters, high comprehensive measurement accuracy, high measurement efficiency, and no blind spots in measurement. It has been applied in the high-end equipment manufacturing of , aerospace and other industries, and has achieved significant social and economic benefits. He has obtained 3 US patents, 2 European patents, 512 Chinese invention patents, and published more than 60 academic papers. Through the scientific and technological achievements identification of in the Chinese Instrument Society, it is at the international advanced level. Among them, the simultaneous measurement technology of linear shaft/rotating shaft six-degree of freedom error and the 42 error laser direct measurement technology of five-axis CNC machine tools is at the international leading level.

Professor Feng Qibo , head of the research team for photoelectric detection and photoelectric information, second-level professor and doctoral supervisor of Beijing Jiaotong University, responsible professor of optical engineering discipline, outstanding teacher in Beijing, and leader of the innovative scientific research team in Dongguan, Guangdong Province. The total funding for various scientific research projects has been held at nearly 100 million yuan, including: major national scientific research instrument development projects, national natural science fund key projects, etc.; 1 scientific research result industrialization, and the output value of exceeds 360 million yuan. He won the first prize of the Outstanding Achievement Award for Scientific Research in Higher Education Institutions, the first prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award for China Metric and Testing Society, and the first prize of the technologies and Instrument Society.Currently, he also serves as deputy chairman of the National Equipment Structure Health Monitoring Standardization Working Group, vice chairman of the Equipment Structure Health Monitoring and Early Warning Branch of the China Instrument Society, vice chairman of the Optoelectronics Technology and System Integration Branch of the China Instrument Society, and vice chairman of the Metering and Testing Professional Committee of the China Metering and Testing Society.
