Late at night, in the red building of Shandong Institute of Geological Sciences, the lights in the office of Dr. Li Dapeng, director of the Science and Technology Innovation Center, were lit brightly.
He said: "The stars at 3 a.m. at the Academy of Geological Sciences are the most beautiful."
I said that the one who is still struggling at 3 a.m.
htmlOn September 7, the Central Propaganda Department and the Ministry of Natural Resources jointly released the first national "Most Beautiful Natural Guardians". He became one of the 9 "most beautiful" people.Give up Beijing household registration Nifei Quancheng
resolutely gave up Beijing household registration. Li Dapeng took his wife and children to Shandong Institute of Geological Sciences, just because he was in love with his hometown and soul.
On the morning of December 12, 2012, at China University of Geosciences (Beijing), Li Dapeng walked into the doctoral thesis defense venue with the first winter snow in Beijing. He reported the results of the paper seriously and responded to the questions and questions of the defense committee members. The moment he left the venue, he couldn't help but jump up and made a dunk.
tutor Du Yangsong said that he is the first master's and doctoral student to graduate in 4 and a half years from China University of Geosciences. During his graduate studies, he lived a two-point and one-line life from the laboratory to the studio.
htmlIn more than 2004 years, he only played one basketball game, and he was also a school competition that represented the class. This is simply a torture for him who is 1.88 meters tall and regards basketball as his life. The classmate said that he had been patrolling and studying the earth and didn't even want basketball hobbies. He smiled and said, "Learning geology well can not only understand the vicissitudes of the earth for billions of years, but also see the most beautiful scenery in the world.""The mystery of the earth is too endless and attractive. I want to study the moon when I have the chance in the future." He said seriously.
In March 1986, he was born in a village named Fengleli in Zhaohu Town, Dezhou City, Shandong Province. Influenced by his uncle who works in geology, he has been curious about various stones since he was a child and yearning for the mountains in the distance.
In the 2004 college entrance examination, he was admitted to the Mineral Census and Exploration Major in the Department of Geology, Shandong University of Science and Technology with the highest score of 634 points that year. After 4 years of college life, he not only gained knowledge about geology, but also won the hearts of a female student at the same level and in different majors.
In 2008, both of them entered Beijing. The two campuses are one in the west and one in the east, and the school gates are opposite. He walked into the gate of China University of Geosciences (Beijing) to the west. Because of his hard work and erudition, he won the first Li Siguang Outstanding Student Award and was named the third good student in Beijing.
Two years later, a couple graduated from master's degree. His lover entered the headquarters of Beijing Shenzhou Digital Group. In May 2011, he registered for a doctorate and got married. In March 2012, his son was born in Beijing. After Dr.
, snowflakes were flying all over the sky. He walked a few steps and excitedly took out his cell phone: "Wife, it's been through! It's very smooth!" "Okay, book the ticket quickly, let's go home!"
hung up the phone, and he couldn't help but hum the song " Sailor ": "When he grew up, he worked hard for his ideals, and gradually ignored the news about his father, mother and hometown..."
This time he went home meant a major turning point for him and his family.
He took the initiative to give up his family's existing Beijing household registration, gave up the opportunity to stay in school to teach, and his lover gave up his generous work treatment. Without hesitation, he returned to Shandong to work as a geological researcher who traveled through mountains and rivers.
February 16, 2013, the seventh day of the Lunar New Year. The couple both went to Shandong Institute of Geological Sciences. After settling down, he returned to Beijing to move his household registration. The female police officer of the police station asked in surprise: "Did you move your household registration back to Shandong? Are you sure? I have never done such a business before. I can't get back at all with the mouse."
"Confirm!"
When he settled in the police station in Jinan, the person in charge was also a female policeman. "This is the first time I have handled such a business in so many years."
His wife also proposed: "We move our household registration against us. How can we explain to him when our children grow up?" He smiled and said: "As long as there are capable parents, who is not proud of their children?"
Now, 10 years have passed, and he has achieved dozens of achievements and honors that make his son proud.Yu Xuefeng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the College, said that Li Dapeng was the first doctoral student introduced by our college. He is good at taking responsibility and striving bravely, has courage and charm, and is the "leader" of all work.
Fire Eye sees through the three thousand meters underground
From residential buildings to office buildings, he often travels back and forth late at night. He not only saw the most beautiful starry sky at 3 a.m. in the Academy of Geology Sciences, but also could see through the shining golden light 3,000 meters below the ground.
21 New Year’s Eve, Li Dapeng and his friends spent the drilling site in Xicheng Town, Qixia City.
, known as the "Jiaodong Roof", Qixia , fell particularly heavy snow. Accompanied by the roaring drill, everyone sat around the fire, gnawing on apples, talking about gold mines, talking about family matters, and talking about the country's newly liberalized birth policy, and their hearts were warm.
Because it is 1,000 meters underground, this diamond hits the "golden doll". This is the same as the gold ore body hitting a deep drilling at Laizhou 3,000 meters two years ago. It is a major discovery of their innovative ore search methods and using "integrated geophysics + three-dimensional geological modeling + deep drilling verification".
chatted, his eyes became a little wet.
As early as during his postgraduate study, Professor Du Yangsong had strict requirements on him. "I was crying by my mentor at least three times before I developed the habit of striving for excellence," he said.
In the two years he just returned to Shandong, in order to apply for the National Natural Science Foundation of China project, he often spent a lot of energy to carefully review the application, repeatedly modify it, and strive for perfection.
When you get off work, your wife always goes home first. The son who opened the door always stretched his head and looked back and asked where his father was? Once, the son cried and asked his mother, "Why did you find me a father who doesn't go home?"
"It's not that he won't go home. It's because he's too late to go home. The child has already slept when he gets home. The next day, he left home too early and the child hasn't woken up. Several times he just lie down when he got home. He was thinking about problems and couldn't sleep, so he drove to the unit to continue working."
colleagues thought he often left too late, but in fact he came too early many times.
In 2015, he began to do postdoctoral research and his co-tutor was the former president of China University of Geosciences (Beijing), a famous mineral deposit scientist in my country, and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, who is over 80 years old.
Once he accompanied Academician Zhai to conduct field geological research in Jiaodong, and talked about the information on the evolution of the substances preserved in the large-scale exposed granite in Jiaodong, which may provide evidence for the long-controversial scientific issue of the source of gold minerals.
For this reason, he persistently wanted to find a sample that can directly reflect the mineralization constraints during magma evolution. Finding this ideal sample from thousands of probe tablets is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
In order to achieve this goal, he started the work of burning ointment and working day and night. With the mentality of not going home without solving the problem, he often fights at night. He collected hundreds of rock specimens and made hundreds of flakes of rock from them, and observed them carefully under a microscope. After two consecutive months, he finally found key evidence that could solve the problem from several of the probe sheets, and successfully applied for the National Natural Science Foundation project "Direct Evidence of the Source of Mineralized Materials in Jiaodong Gold Mine: Petology and Fluid Inclusion Constraints". This is the first national-level project he undertakes after joining the company. After the paper was published, it attracted widespread recognition from scientists at home and abroad.
During that time, he stared at the microscope every day, sometimes a piece of specimen was staring for half an hour, for one or two months. Someone joked with him that his eyes were getting smaller and smaller, and his gray hair became more and more. Indeed, his gray hair was growing day by day, and it was a bit scary. In May 2021, he was invited to the university to attend a youth deeds sharing session. He said humorously: "Don't look at my gray hair, I am a post-85 boy."
In 2017, in order to apply for the National Natural Science Foundation of China project, he worked overtime for more than ten days in a row. The declaration letter of tens of thousands of words was carefully written, and he was dizzy at his desk day and night. In the end, the project passed the review at one time, becoming the only nationally approved natural science fund project in Jiaodong Gold Mine Centre for the annual deposit .
This year, his technology innovation team implemented the "China rock gold first see deep drill" in Wuyi Village, Laizhou, Jiaodong. A 25-meter-thick gold ore body was found at a vertical depth of 3,000 meters, with a highest grade of 13.65g/t, achieving a major breakthrough in the exploration of deep gold ore in my country. This achievement of
was rated as the "Top Ten Geological Science and Technology Progress" in 2018.
The moon extends its life span 1 billion years
From the earth to the moon, Li Dapeng tirelessly explores new mineralization laws, analyzes rock composition, and writes important papers. He is deeply in love with the deep earth, deep space and deep sea.
On March 22, 2022, the Shandong Academy of Geology Sciences received the honorary certificate sent by Chinese Geology Society :
Your unit completed the "Chang'e 5 lunar sample research to obtain the youngest age to refresh the lunar evolution cognition" project won the top ten geological science and technology progress of the Chinese Geology Society in 2021.
On July 27, 2021, Beijing Ion Probe Center (Institute of Geology, Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences) and Shandong Academy of Geological Sciences held a joint research launch ceremony for Chang'e-5 lunar samples in Jinan.
Shandong Provincial Department of Natural Resources Liu Lu, deputy secretary of the Party Group and deputy director of Shandong Provincial Department of Natural Resources, pointed out that the Provincial Academy of Local Sciences participated in the html March lunar research work, bringing the Chang'e-5 lunar samples collected independently by my country to Qilu for the first time. This is an important milestone in the development history of the hospital, and a major event, grand event and joyful event in Shandong's natural resources system, opening a new chapter in Shandong's participation in lunar lunar research.
Before this, Li Dapeng went to Beijing to attend the reception of Chang'e 5 of the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences and the unveiling ceremony of the "Planetary Science Research Center". He met the lunar soil from the back of the 380,000 kilometers of the moon and the basalt and breccia rock chips, and was extremely excited. After the launch ceremony of
, he and the international joint research team did not care about rest and immediately conducted chronology, elemental, and isotope analysis on Chang'e-5 lunar basalt. These samples are 1 billion years younger than the American Apollo moon rock sample analyzed and tested by Australian scientists at the Shandong Academy of Geological Sciences on July 16, 2019. The research-completed paper "The Year and Components of Chang'e-5 Young Basalt" was published in the top international academic journal "Science" ("Science") on October 8, 2021, and he was among them.
He recalled that this time, the international joint research team discussed remotely online in real time, using detailed micro-region in situ high-resolution secondary ion mass spectrometry (SHRIMP) dating data and solid rock mineral geochemical data, proving that the moon still had magmatic activity until 1.96 billion years ago, "extending" the current known lunar geological life span by 1 billion years.
has been working for 10 years. He has presided over 3 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, 1 sub-project of the National Key R&D Program, published more than 60 academic papers, and won 47 provincial and ministerial awards.
He was selected as a leading scientific and technological talent of the Ministry of Natural Resources, a young scholar and expert in Taishan , and an outstanding young scientific and technological talent of the Ministry of Natural Resources. He won the "17th Youth Geological Science and Technology Award --Golden Hammer Award" and the Shandong Province Youth May Fourth Medal. He was awarded the honorary titles of Outstanding Communist Party Member in Shandong Province, and Shandong Province's Upward and Good Youth.
On his desk, you can see three samples taken from Mariana Trench , which were collected by my country's Jiaolong manned submersible. From underground mineral exploration, to Chang'e's moon exploration, to Jiaolong's sea exploration, he and his team are currently conducting research on magma hydrothermal activities and mineralization related to the deep ocean.
In the near future, he and his team will surely be able to achieve new and greater achievements in the fields of "deep earth", "deep space" and "deep sea".
