Spin Science and Technology Research Institute takes magnetic molecules as the main research object, explores spin-related chemical reactions and physical effects, breaks through single-molecular spin manipulation and readout technology, develops spin-related quantum materials and devices, and develops related molecular diagnostic and treatment technologies and drugs. The institute covers multiple research directions such as spin chemistry, spin manipulation, spin materials and equipment, spin biomedicine, etc., aiming to solve major scientific problems at the forefront of international spin science, develop key spin technologies, and build an international spin innovation exchange platform. In order to promote the development of various research work of the Institute, we sincerely recruit several postdoctoral researchers from home and abroad to carry out research work in related directions.

1. Research direction

1. Spin chemistry

focuses on spin-regulating chemical reactions and chemical catalysis, synthesis of multi-dimensional molecular magnets, and combines cross-disciplinary crossings of chemistry and physics to carry out basic research on spin chemistry.

2. Spin manipulation

combines cross-exposed advantages such as chemistry, physics, materials, quantum information, etc. to develop spin manipulation and reading methods of magnetic molecules, develop ultra-high frequency stable molecular clock technology, and read single-molecular spin signals through various channels, breaking through the technical bottlenecks in basic research.

3. Spin materials and device

combine the cross advantages of physics, materials, quantum information, etc. to develop spin electronic materials and spin devices, realize lower energy consumption, higher storage density and transmission speed of information devices, and develop the core technology of the future information industry revolution .

4. Spin Biomedical

develops spin-related metal small molecule drugs through molecular modeling; expands the interaction and synergistic effects between chemotherapy and anti-cancer immune responses; uses the coordinated imaging guidance of body-drug coupling agents to finally achieve targeted delivery of chemical drugs.

2. Application conditions

1. Doctors who have obtained a doctorate degree of no more than 3 years or have passed the doctoral thesis defense;

2. abide by the law and have no violations of discipline and regulations; love higher education, physical and mental health, have good conduct and professional ethics, and are generally under 35 years old.
