Multiverse, usually described as a theory of parallel universes, has replaced Hollywood and science fiction novels and become one of the plot points or narrative turning points in the premiere, with extremely far-reaching influence. But, broadly speaking, in the real world, the theory suggests that there may be countless other universes coexist with our own universes, and we don't even realize it. These universes may be completely different from everything we know, or very similar to the universes we know ourselves. Maybe there is a universe where there is a exactly the same you, but there may also be a world where humans have never evolved and completely different forms of life fill the planet.
If the theory is correct, reality may change infinitely. And, ultimately everything will be true. But from the very beginning, some scientists believed that this idea should not be regarded as "real science" at all, because the theory of multiverse is unfalsified, that is, it cannot be falsified. In 2006 and 2014, an instrument in Antarctica called ANITA detected some strange readings that were unexplainable. After years of analysis, a 2020 paper continues this mystery.
