January 21, 1997 at 1:30 am, Juan Hernandez of Kamui, Puerto Rico will never forget this moment. Hernandez, who was working as a security guard at Mayaquez, was driving back to Kamuyi , and he noticed a bright "star" suddenly flying towards him in the sky.
The following is Hernandez's memory of the situation at that time.

"When I crossed the bridge on the Kamuyi River, I saw this light, obviously it was about a kilometer away from me, it was approaching. I stopped and got out of the car. Now the light began to change. Hernandez was still standing there looking at the "man" in the dome, and at this time he felt an incomparable calm, a kind of tranquility he had never had before.
"This seems to last about three minutes, and you can see the middle of the ship, that is, under the bottom of the ship, there seem to be blades - about six or eight. That must not be a helicopter. Because, if so, it will definitely crash. The blades or something, spin very, very slowly, so it is impossible that they keep it hanging in the air. It makes no sound."

" Then it took the beam back from me and then-watched it start moving. I got in the car and wanted to keep up with it, but after I walked 20 feet, a black 4x4 car drove over, the window It was black, blocking my way. It was a minivan. "
" I got out and asked the driver why he was blocking my way like that, and asked him to let me go. A man in black came out. I asked him if he could see what I could see, and he said, 'Can you see, I'm not interested. ' He told me not to track it, I should let them do what they want. He said to me in a stern, threatening tone. He said if I insisted on doing this, I would have something wrong. '
Hernandez said that the tone of that person was threatening, and that he had no other meaning, just told him not to track and forget what had just happened.
"I asked, 'Why can't I follow it? If all I did was just follow a boat or an airplane or anything that could be, why would something happen to me?' He replied in an authoritative tone: 'You don't track it, that's it!' At that time, I approached his car and stood by the door on the side of his driving. Then he said to me, 'You can only go to this point, don't go from there!'"
Hernandez stood outside the car and noticed that there was a box in his car with something that looked like radar , and a panel with a dashboard and all kinds of lights. It's like a radar device. "Because I've seen them, knowing them, I can clearly see the marks and spots of light on the panel, obviously the object or the aircraft itself is displayed on it."
The appearance of two other spacecraft
In addition, Hernandez found that there were three other people in the car, wearing black clothes.One of them speaks like a New Yorker, speaks Spanish , but with a semi-American accent.
"The man suddenly said that there were two spacecraft coming. We looked at it and there were indeed two more points on the radar. At this moment, a roar came from the sky. Something was coming, although nothing was still visible. About half a minute later, the two ships appeared, exactly the same as the first one."
Except for these two ships that made sounds, they were exactly the same as the first one. The noise of these two spacecraft is like the noise of turbojets, and it is quite loud.
"In fact, this is really unbearable. When they flew over, I had to cover my ears. But by the way-the first ship didn't sound at all!"
"I noticed that the other ship-the first ship-the first-had started moving, and the other two were chasing it. We stood there and watched. The first ship, the soundless ship, again shrouded itself in the blue-green light, and then turned purple. The spacecraft was completely shrouded in the purple light, and then could no longer see-all you can see was a huge purple light ball ."
Then this light ball began to rise, getting higher and higher, and finally became a small highlight, disappearing into the night sky. The other two only rose to a certain height, but obviously they could not reach the height of the first one. Finally one of them flew to the left to Aguadira, where Remi Airport was located, and the other flew to the right.
At this time, Hernandez said a very important thing, and he said:

The identity of the man in black
Hernandez said the man in black did not identify himself in any way, but he could tell that they were not government personnel, nor did they have anything like military badge . They were just wearing black. "You can say this is a uniform worn by some of the military personnel of the police or military, but it's completely black like the SWAT, wearing sunglasses and a black hat."

Hernandez thinks they are soldiers because they are very good and very strong. One of them is the Puerto Rico accent, and the person who said the other two spacecraft was coming, spoke in a New York accent.

Hernandez once tried to follow the man in black, but he was quickly dumped. In his opinion, the men in black were familiar with the aircraft.
" Two other spacecraft similar to the first ship are the products of the earth, humans and technology, which may be combined with extraterrestrial technology they have acquired or captured. ”
Similar cases in Puerto Rico
Hernandez's encounter was not uncommon in Puerto Rico at the time. In the 1990s, some similar cases occurred in Puerto Rico. The same behavior occurred in all of these cases: a strange flying saucer or triangular aircraft appeared in front of witnesses, stopping there to circle; sometimes taking away animals, usually cows; these animals were later found dead, dismembered, with clear and perfect incisions, without blood.
In some of these cases, at the scene of the incident, witnesses saw some people in black and without any identification. Same 4 × 4 Black vehicles, blackened windows, are obviously escorting or protecting these spacecraft. Who are the "people" on these ships? Are they aliens, military personnel, or both?
What's special about the case of Hernandez is that there are two spacecraft that seem to be the product of human technology, they have been transformed and look like alien spacecraft. So why do they "look" like extraterrestrial vehicles?
