On September 19, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and four other departments issued a notice on the recommendation of the "National Catalogue of Advanced Applicable Process Technology Equipment for Comprehensive Utilization of Industrial Resources". The notice proposes that a number of advanced applicable process technology equipment catalogs in the field of comprehensive resource utilization are planned to be selected and released. The process technology equipment proposed to be recommended mainly focuses on four fields: industrial solid waste reduction, industrial solid waste comprehensive utilization, recycling resource recycling and utilization and remanufacturing.

In order to implement the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Solid Waste Pollution in the Environmentally friendly", accelerate the recycling of industrial resources and the development of high-end intelligent remanufacturing, it is planned to select and release a number of catalogs of advanced applicable process technology and equipment in the field of comprehensive resource utilization. The following notice is now for the directory collection work:
1, Recommended requirements
1) The process technology equipment proposed to be recommended mainly focuses on four fields: industrial solid waste reduction, industrial solid waste comprehensive utilization, recycling and recycled resource recycling and remanufacturing.
1. The field of industrial solid waste reduction mainly refers to production process technology equipment that reduces the production volume of industrial solid waste, reduces the strength of industrial solid waste production or reduces the hazards of industrial solid waste.
2. The field of comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste mainly refers to the comprehensive utilization process technology equipment of industrial solid waste such as coal gangue , fly ash, industrial by-product gypsum, red mud , smelting slag, chemical slag, tailings and co-aggregated ore, waste stone, manganese slag, steel soot ash.
3. The recycling and utilization field of renewable resources mainly refers to recycling technology and equipment for recycling and utilization of waste steel, waste non-ferrous metals, waste plastics, waste tires, waste paper, waste electrical and electronic products, new energy vehicles waste power batteries, waste glass, waste photovoltaic modules, waste wind power blades and other recycling technology and equipment.
4. The field of remanufacturing mainly refers to advanced technology and process equipment in the remanufacturing and processing of waste engineering machinery, machine tools, gas turbines, aero engines, industrial robots, large medical equipment, rail transit equipment, automobiles, office equipment and other mechanical and electrical equipment and their key components.
(II) The process technology equipment proposed to be recommended should comply with laws, administrative regulations, industrial policies and relevant standards, the main indicators are advanced, the economic, environmental and social benefits are obvious, the intellectual property rights or proprietary technology property rights are clear, and there are at least one industrial application example.

2. Recommended program
(I) Please ask the provincial industrial and informatization, development and reform, science and technology, and ecological environment authorities, relevant national industry associations and associations to organize relevant units in the region and industry to fill in the attachment materials according to the requirements, and be responsible for reviewing and recommending process technology equipment that meets the requirements.
(II) Please submit electronic materials such as the recommended documents, process technology and equipment recommendation summary table (Appendix 1), process technology and equipment declaration form (Appendix 2), application example form (Appendix 3) and other electronic materials through the Industrial Energy Conservation and Green Development Management Platform (http://green.miit.gov.cn) to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization Department) through the Industrial Energy Conservation and Green Development Management Platform (http://green.miit.gov.cn).
