html At around 20:00 on June 28, law enforcement officers from the Nan'ao Work Station of Shantou Coast Guard, Guangdong Province discovered a suspected injured unknown animal lying on the side of the road while patrolling the area at night. The law enforcement officers immediately went to check and searched and compared online on their mobile phones. They found that the unknown animal turned out to be a pangolin.

Immediately, the law enforcement officers carried out rescue and protection measures for the pangolin and examined its body and shape. After confirming that the pangolin's vital signs were normal, they quickly contacted the local county forestry bureau and county public security bureau. After the relevant departments arrived at the scene, coast guard law enforcement officers conducted handover work with relevant local departments.
