Provide technical support for the solid-liquid conversion and development of low-grade solid potassium ore east of the Chaerhan Salt Lake Railway, and put forward a research idea on the separation technology of potassium resources in tailings and tailings. Designed a new way to directly prepare high-performance molten salt heat storage medium from salt lake inorganic salt and a new idea of ​​precise regulation of nitrate impurity ions. Related molten salt products have been successfully applied to many solar thermal power generation Station; established a multi-element molten salt phase diagram database, proposed the influence mechanism of molten salt microstructure on thermophysical properties and corrosiveness, and successfully solved the problem of low heat storage and exchange efficiency and strong corrosiveness of nitrate molten salt heat storage medium; built domestic The first 1MW molten salt heat storage system engineering test platform has realized the performance prediction of the heat storage medium under actual working conditions, and put forward national standards related to molten salt impurity content and performance evaluation. Taking the recycling of waste lithium batteries as the core, applying green/low-cost separation technology, and optimizing separation and purification processes, to realize the comprehensive recycling and utilization of multi-metal elements. It has applied for more than 70 invention patents and more than 40 authorized patents; published more than 50 papers, including 33 SCI/EI; 5 national standards and 1 group standard.

   Feng Haitao is committed to researching the application of electrochemical methods in the production of chromium salt , and cultivating the new chromium salt production technology to drive out of the predicament of "the top of the heavily polluting industry". As the core of the team, we proposed a chromium salt cleaner production technology cluster based on electrochemistry ,Covers three major processes and four mother-based chromium salt products. Including electrochemical oxidation of chromium iron in sodium hydroxide solution to prepare chromic acid sodium co-production of chromium trioxide and ferric oxide process, ion-exchange membrane electrolysis process synthesis of dichromic acid from sodium chromate Sodium process, and ion-exchange membrane electrolysis process from sodium dichromate to synthesize chromic anhydride process. Compared with the existing chromium salt production technology, the advantages of this technology are mainly reflected in the following five points: mild reaction conditions, high utilization efficiency, controllable technological process, low waste slag and waste gas emissions and high technical connectivity. At present, the team’s representative achievement "Ion-exchange membrane electrosynthesis of sodium dichromate technology" has been successfully commissioned, and the product scale has reached 50,000 tons/year. At the same time, the by-product sodium hydroxide (32%) 42,000 tons, hydrogen 3.75×106 Standard cubic meters , oxygen 1.88×106 standard cubic meters, the annual output value can reach 600 million yuan after reaching full capacity. Published 17 papers, 15 authorized invention patents, 5 provincial-level scientific and technological achievements, 7 awards, 3 local standards, and 3 popularization and application achievements.    Liu Haining has been engaged in the comprehensive utilization of salt lake resources, especially the research of rare element separation materials and technologies in salt lakes, and has made a series of innovative results in the research of salt lake separation materials and technologies. In recent years, we have innovatively prepared adsorption materials that are both selective for boron and strontium, and prepared a series of iodide ion and borate adsorption materials. The research and development laboratory uses a fully automatic dynamic adsorption (ion exchange) system and is suitable for laboratory electricity. The device for adsorption research actively explores the application of adsorption-flotation, complexation-flotation and other coupling separation technologies in the separation and extraction of salt lake resources. In recent years, he has presided over a number of topics including key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, joint fund cultivation projects, youth projects, Chinese Academy of Sciences Western Light and Qinghai Science and Technology Projects.Published more than 60 academic papers, of which more than 30 were included in SCI. Obtained 15 authorized patents.
