The detection of drugs in body fluids, especially the anticancer drug , is of great significance for improving the treatment efficiency of drugs and developing new tools for clinical diagnosis and treatment. However, the traditional detection technology requires multi-step operations, and has disadvantages such as complex process, long time-consuming and high cost, which greatly limits the development of drug detection in clinical diagnosis.

In response to the above problems, innovatively developed a portable test paper box for the detection of anticancer drugs in body fluids. The test paper box includes a paper-pointed surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) substrate and 3D printed detection box, through systematic research on the design parameters of the test paper box and its pre-concentration effect and quantitative detection performance in body fluid samples, it is found that the test paper box will have a pre-concentration ability. increased by 18.13 times , compared with the non-pre-concentration method, the SERS performance increased by 9.93 times , and then realized the anticancer drugs epirubicin hydrochloride, cyclophosphamide and Rapid preconcentration and direct quantitative detection of their mixtures.
