Nodules and cysts are called lumps and masses. Mainly due to the formation of phlegm and blood stasis, and is more common in women. This "phlegm" is not the "phlegm" that everyone understands, but a stream of Qi. When the Qi machine is not operating normally, knots will form, like a long balloon, protruding from the middle.

Another reason is "blood stasis". When there is too much garbage in the human body and it is not excreted in time, or the qi and blood are not flowing smoothly, a group of stasis will form, such as common lymph node nodules, thyroid nodules , lung nodules, breast nodules , etc.

If you take a closer look, you will find that the parts where nodules are common are either the circulatory system or the excretory organs. Problems arise due to poor circulation and excretion. This shows how important the smooth flow of qi and blood is. This is also the reason why women are more prone to it because they like to be angry. Once angry, qi stagnation and qi knots will easily occur. If this qi does not dissipate, over time, it will turn into nodules and cysts.

In the Ming Dynasty there was a physician named Gong Tingxian. Mr. Gong created a prescription that eliminated phlegm, dampness and blood stasis.

Shuanghe Soup

Shuanghe Soup: Angelica sinensis 9 grams, Chuanxiong 9g, white peony root 9g, raw rehmannia 9g, tangerine peel 9g, pinellia 9g, white Poria cocos 9g, peach kernel 9g, safflower 3g, white mustard seed 9g, licorice 3g.

1. How to resolve blood stasis?

Peach kernel and safflower are used here. Many doctors like to put these two medicines together when prescribing. It is true that when peach kernel and safflower are combined, work efficiency will be higher.

Removing blood stasis is like clearing a blocked river. After the river is opened, fresh water must flow through, otherwise the river will still be dry and lifeless. In other words, it is necessary to replenish blood and let qi and blood fill the channels as quickly as possible, so that they can be replenished and replenished at the same time.

Angelica sinensis, Chuanxiong rhizome, white peony root and raw rehmannia root are used to replenish blood, which is also known as Siwu decoction. Everyone is familiar with Siwu decoction. Many of the blood replenishing prescriptions seen on the market now use Siwu decoction as the base, and make some additions or subtractions on it. So even though it only has four herbs, it is an out-and-out ancestral and basic prescription, which is quite prestigious in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.

2. How to resolve phlegm and dampness?

Tangerine peel, pinellia, Poria , and white mustard seeds have similar interests and spontaneously combine together. These four herbs all have the effect of resolving phlegm.

Two traditional Chinese medicines are good for resolving phlegm and blood stasis

In Chinese medicine, dried tangerine peel is good for resolving phlegm; Panax notoginseng is good for resolving blood stasis. Both of these are foods with the same origin as medicine and food.

If you have severe phlegm-dampness, you can take tangerine peel alone. If the symptoms of blood stasis are severe, you can take Panax notoginseng. Then, when phlegm and blood stasis appear together, use the two medicines together.

Panax notoginseng can promote blood circulation and stop bleeding, speed up the flow of blood in blood vessels, and break up blood stasis.

Chenpi can regulate qi and resolve phlegm. It can resolve phlegm in all internal organs, and is especially good at resolving phlegm in the lungs and spleen and stomach.

Mix Panax notoginseng and tangerine peel at a ratio of 1:3. If the dosage of Panax notoginseng is 10 grams, 30 grams of tangerine peel can be used. Beat the two herbs into fine powder. Take 3 grams of tangerine peel powder and 1 gram of Panax notoginseng powder each time and take it with warm water.

People who are prone to getting angry can also add 10 grams of American ginseng. The ratio of the three medicinal herbs is 1:3:1: Panax notoginseng, tangerine peel, and American ginseng. Because Panax notoginseng is hot in nature, some people can't bear it. Adding a little American ginseng to nourish yin and clear away heat can just solve this problem.

acupoint conditioning Open the channel of stagnation

1, resolve phlegm and remove dampness

Acupoint selection: Fenglong, Yinlingquan, Chengshan, spleen and stomach meridian, etc.

The spleen is responsible for transporting water and liquid, all in Yinlingquan, massage or moxibustion, etc., can warm the spleen yang and strengthen the spleen, and promote water and infiltrate dampness.Among all the acupoints for eliminating phlegm and dampness, Fenglong is the "first acupoint for eliminating phlegm", and can treat various phlegm diseases, whether it is visible phlegm or invisible phlegm.

2, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis

acupoint selection: Siguan ( Hegu + Taichong ), Simen (Qimen+Zhangmen) Geshu , Xuehai, etc.

The four gates and four gates are for channeling Qi, while Geshu and Xuehai are for resolving blood stasis and regenerating new blood.

Why should we channel Qi to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis?

First, if Qi is stagnated in the body and cannot escape, it will wander around in the body, causing blood circulation disorders and forming blood stasis;

Second, stagnation of liver qi, and stagnation turns into fire, which will cause "wood to multiply by earth", affecting the spleen and stomach, and then affecting water and liquid metabolism, producing phlegm and dampness.

3. Soothing the liver and regulating qi

To regulate nodules, you have to start with the liver. The liver governs dispersion and stores blood. It uses blood as its body and qi as its function. It integrates yin and yang qi and blood into the body, becoming a unified body of yin and yang. It is most sensitive to the imbalance of yin and yang.

Acupoint selection: Ganshu, Dangershu, Liver and Gallbladder Meridian, etc.

Regarding the liver as the body's professional processing organ for eliminating stasis and dispersing stagnation has two benefits: First, when the liver qi is relaxed, the phlegm (nodules) in the body can be automatically resolved; on the other hand, when the liver qi is normalized, the qi and blood are activated, the qi and blood will be smooth, and it will be less likely to develop nodules and relapse!

By following these three steps, you can achieve a "two-pronged approach" of exorcising evil spirits and strengthening the body. Because everyone's body constitution is different, the above principles often need to be taken into consideration when treating other diseases.

Warm reminder: The nodules will become larger after conditioning, so don’t worry!

During the conditioning process, some people reported that the feedback softened and became larger. Don't be anxious at this time. As long as you continue conditioning, there will be a gradual shrinking process.

For example, when treating uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts also often encounter temporary enlargement, but don't be afraid. It is these changes that remind us that the treatment is effective. The nodules are softening and dispersing, slowly softening, and slowly disappearing. This requires a process.
