The second one is a person who eats healthily and is not picky about food.
My friends Xiaomei, Xiao Ai, and I don’t like to socialize. Except when we go to work, we stay at home after get off work. We only like to cook food, and we are not picky about food.
We eat all kinds of seafood, aquatic products, eggs, chicken, beef, mutton, various fruits, whole grains, vegetables, sweet, bitter and spicy. Our physiques are all very good and we don’t have any “yang” yet.
As for other friends, they like to eat barbecue, burgers, beer, spicy noodles, and instant noodles. They don't like fruits and vegetables, don't eat whole grains, and are picky eaters.
Their physiques are worse, they have a lot of minor ailments, and they easily gain weight. As soon as the epidemic was eased, they all became "yang".
The third thing is to pay attention to daily protection.
I heard many people say: "The virus is floating in the air. You can be infected at home without going out. You can't avoid it if you get 'yang' sooner or later."

In addition, when you come back from going out every day, you must disinfect and wash your hands frequently. If possible, spray saline into your nose and wash your nose every day when you get off work or come home from going out.
