According to the pharmacological mechanism of action of Azivudine tablets and the purpose of early anti-COVID-19 treatment, it is recommended that the earlier the better.

Azivudine does not need to be metabolized by the liver in the human body and is mainly excreted unchanged through the kidneys. Therefore, there will be no drug interactions with hepatic enzyme CYP3A4 or other inhibitors and inducers of hepatic enzymes.
Parovide is incompatible with many commonly used clinical drugs.
Azivudine is a substrate and weak inducer of P-glycoprotein (P-gp). Pfizer's Parovide is mainly metabolized by the hepatic drug enzyme CYP3A4 and then excreted by the kidneys in the form of metabolites, so it is contraindicated in patients with severe liver dysfunction; the dose needs to be adjusted in patients with moderate renal dysfunction, and it is contraindicated in patients with severe renal dysfunction.
