Finger Resplantation surgery is a difficult and time-consuming surgery in the hand and foot surgery. It is generally a treatment for finger dissection repair caused by various reasons, requiring emergency surgery. Surgery is more expensive in large hospitals than in medium-sized hospitals.
If the injury is serious, there are more repair items in the operation, such as fractures becoming comminuted, which is more difficult to repair. If more consumables are used during the operation, the cost is relatively high. The cost of fixed materials used during surgery also varies greatly, such as titanium needles cost more than steel needles. Therefore, the cost of replanting the broken fingers will be significantly different.
The entire hospitalization process of the broken fingers replanting surgery takes about one month, mainly the broken pedicle of the replanting of the skin tube, which determines the hospitalization time of the surgery. After reconstruction, the blood circulation of the skin tube should be closely observed to prevent ischemia and hypoxia of the skin tube, and prevent necrosis and infection of the skin tube. If the blood circulation disorder occurs in the skin tube, it should be handled in time to ensure survival in one go. These costs include osteotomy surgery, dermal canal or pedicled flap transplant, drugs such as vascular crisis prevention, hospitalization costs, etc.
