In view of the common symptoms of new coronavirus such as fever and cough, Zhang Zhiming, director and deputy chief doctor of the Pain Rehabilitation Department of Hunan Chest Hospital, today introduced to everyone the knowledge about home TCM techniques. You might as well try it.
1. Fever: It is a main symptom of the Taiyang Meridian. Point selection: Houxi , Yanggu, Zhizheng , etc.
2. Runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing are the main symptoms of Yangming Meridian, Du Meridian, and Taiyin Meridian. You can choose acupoints: Houxi, Dagukong, column lack , Hegu , Yangxi, thenar , etc.
3. Dry throat and sore throat are the main symptoms of Yangming, Renmai, Shaoyin and Jueyin. Point selection: Yangxi, Shenmen, Lieque, Daling, etc.
4, cough, expectoration , are the main symptoms of Renmai, Shaoyin, Yangming, Taiyin and Jueyin. Point selection: Lieque, , Tongli, , Hegu, Neiguan, etc.
5. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea are the main symptoms of Yangming meridian, Shaoyin meridian, Ren meridian and Jueyin meridian. Acupoint selection: Quchi , Shaohai , Lieque, Neiguan, etc.
Zhang Zhiming introduced that the selection of acupoints on the upper limbs, male left and female right, shall prevail. Press each acupoint (or sensitive point near the acupoint) for one to three minutes, as long as there is slight pain, and do three to five groups every day.
