Memorize the "120 Principles of Stroke"
Three steps to identify stroke
Hospital treatment is quick, but the most important thing is that stroke patients can be detected and sent to them early. Doctors call on everyone to master the "Stroke 120" principle assessment method, which is commonly used at home and simple to quickly identify stroke.
"Stroke 120" principle assessment method

Look at the "1" face: whether there will be asymmetry on the face and the corners of the mouth;
Check the "2" arms: raise both arms in parallel at the same time, whether there will be unilateral weakness;
"0" (listening) language: whether there will be unclear speech and difficulty in expression.
Once any of the above signs appear, call 120 immediately to avoid delaying the best time for treatment.
You can do the following while waiting for 120 to arrive.
1. If the patient is awake
the patient should lie on his side or supine. Do not turn or lift the patient at will. Use soft objects to elevate the head and shoulders (about 30 degrees) to allow saliva to flow out easily and keep the airway open.
Untie the patient's collar and belt, remove vomitus promptly, and remove dentures.
Keep warm.
2. If the patient is unconscious
the head should be kept tilted to one side.
Cover yourself with a quilt or blanket and keep warm.
