It enters the liver meridian and is good at clearing heat and cooling blood, dispersing blood stasis and relieving pain."Bielu" says that it "smooth the blood vessels", "The Theory of Medicine" says that it "treats the evil qi of the lungs... blood qi accumulation, opens the internal organs and swells the qi... strengthens the five internal organs, replenishes the kidney qi, treats the swelling of the heart and abdomen, and eliminates blood stasis in women." The three medicines are used together as ministers, and they are used to eliminate turbidity and promote blood circulation to help the emperor's medicines work.
