1. Introduction to mindfulness therapy
Mindfulness therapy (MBCT) is a psychological treatment method based on Buddhism. Its purpose is to change the patient's thinking pattern through training, thereby improving the patient's mental state. Mindfulness therapy mainly includes the following four aspects:
(1) recognition, acceptance and acceptance, that is, accepting one's feelings instead of resisting them;
(2) concentration, that is, paying attention to every feeling instead of being ignored. Distraction;

2. Research Methods
To explore the effectiveness of mindfulness therapy in the treatment of mental illness, we used an experimental group consisting of subjects with various mental illnesses who received mindfulness therapy, and compared the results with a group of subjects in a control group who received existing treatments. During the mindfulness treatment process, the subjects participated in mindfulness therapy sessions 45html three times a week, each session was 45 minutes long, lasting 8html three weeks. 3. Research Results
Experimental results show that mindfulness treatment can significantly improve the psychological state of the subjects in the experimental group. 4. Conclusion
