01. His cautious personality is not born, but is caused by psychological trauma
02. Why does he always think about the past?
03. After his parents discovered his premature love, he felt peeping
04. Behind the "fatigue learning", there is an irrational obsession
Recently, we are continuing to share the in-depth psychological intervention process of Wei Tao, a patient with bipolar disorder, . Wei Tao is a typical bipolar disorder type I, with a manic attack of high mood, energetic, and arrogant.
The parents took him to Peking University Sixth Hospital for treatment. The doctor used a larger dose of mood stabilizers and antipsychotic drugs. Weitao's mood stabilized, but soon fell into a depression attack and even committed suicide.
Moreover, he also has obvious obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and he can't help but wash his hands and check it repeatedly. His personality is also cautious, prone to anxiety and catastrophic thinking, and has compulsive personality changes.
When his parents took him to see us for treatment, Wei Tao was 24 years old and passed the postgraduate entrance examination, but he had to take a break due to his serious condition. He was very eager to recover early, to lose a lot of medicine he took early, and to go back to school. After evaluation, we decided to admit it.
Weitao received a total of 17 times of pathological memory repair (TPMIH) under deep hypnosis, as well as my intensive cognitive intervention, etc. Two days ago, we shared the pathological memories found under the first seven deep hypnosis, mainly the superimposed psychological trauma he suffered.
It is worth mentioning that when Weitao first started to receive our in-depth psychological intervention, he took a large dose of medicine (0.25 mg lorazepam, 15 mg tandospirone, 15 mg mirtazapine, 0.2 g quetiapine, 0.6 g lithium carbonate per day).
About a month later, because his superimposed psychological trauma was greatly repaired, I guided him to quickly reduce the medicine, which had been reduced to only 50mg of quetiapine per day. However, because he had difficulty falling asleep, I asked him to take a tablet of yopicone before going to bed every night, and the amount of medicine he took was greatly reduced.
01. His cautious personality is not born, but psychological trauma
When the in-depth psychological intervention reached this stage, Wei Tao thought he was almost well and was in a good mood. But in Weitao's mother's opinion, her son still doesn't want to go out for exercise, plays on mobile phones or games all day long, and has tried to read professional books, but can't read them, and his learning status is not good.
Moreover, when Weitao clicked on Taobao with 360 browser, he found that the password was saved by the browser. He was very scared and sweating profusely, and was so anxious that he almost cried. He has logged in to other websites using this browser before, and some involve privacy. He is very worried that his browsing history will be seen.

Wei Tao's mother kept explaining and comforting her, but it was useless at all. In desperation, Wei Tao's mother asked me for help urgently.
I asked Wei Tao's mother to tell him that he was so scared because of this matter. There must be related superimposed psychological trauma events behind it. I will communicate with hypnosis therapist Lucy. Next time I arrange pathological memory repair under deep hypnosis, I can consider dealing with this issue first.
At the same time, Weitao also needs to improve his self-awareness and realize that after the relevant superimposed psychological trauma he suffered before was activated, he fell into a catastrophic thinking. The real situation was not that bad, and strive to restore rationality in time.
Weitao's mother thanked me, and I immediately told Lucy about the matter. She decided to work with Weitao to urgently deal with this issue the next day.
After the two met, Wei Tao was not willing to accept deep hypnosis on this matter at first. He felt that there was no trauma behind this, and everyone was afraid that their privacy would be leaked. Isn’t this reaction very normal? He felt that he was in a bad mood at the time and needed more time to rest and adjust.
But Lucy told him very clearly that according to our experience in clinical psychological intervention, there must be traumatic events behind this, and she suggested that it is best to deal with it. However, Weitao can also decide at his own discretion.
Wei Tao thought for a while, and with a high degree of trust in Lucy, he chose to overcome his negative emotions and accept pathological memory repair under this deep hypnosis. The problem he deals with is: Why is he so cautious, especially when it comes to personal information security , he is always overly worried?
Under deep hypnosis, Lucy found 3 corresponding trauma events.
The first trauma incident occurred when Wei Tao was 2 years old . It was during the Spring Festival, and every household set off firecrackers after supper, and the sound was loud, which scared Weitao to tears. Every day after
, Weitao would cry after dinner. Grandma Weitao thought the child was possessed by evil spirits, so she found a witch to do a ritual.
Since then, Weitao really stopped crying, and his family didn't take this matter to heart. In fact, this matter was one of the earliest reasons why Weitao was timid and cautious.
The second traumatic event occurred in the summer vacation of Weitao after the college entrance examination . He saw a news that one person logged into another person's college entrance examination application account and tampered with his college entrance examination application, resulting in him being admitted to a lower-end university in the end.
Weitao thinks this person who logs into someone else's account is too hateful, and the person whose volunteers have been tampered with are too pitiful. He was also worried that he would encounter similar things and would have terrible consequences. He vowed to protect his online account and not let anyone know.
The third traumatic event occurred in Weitao when he was in the first and second grade of junior high school . He watched an online drama "Mao Lie" at that time, which introduced many scams. The common point of these scams was to lure the other party to provide personal information, thereby defrauding their money.
Lucy found that Wei Tao was too devoted to watching this web drama, similar to a state of sober hypnosis, and many plots entered his implicit memory level. After repairing the trauma above, Lucy guided Weitao to realize that modern society has very developed science and technology. While we enjoy convenience, we also bear certain risks of personal information leakage, but overall risks are controllable. The security factor of many websites has been greatly improved, so there is no need to be overly anxious or nervous.
If you want to better protect privacy, we can try our best to take protective measures, such as when using other people's computers or public login accounts, be careful not to save passwords; properly keep your mobile phone, bank card password, facial recognition and other biological information, etc.
Also, as ordinary people, as long as we act openly, openly and justly, and do not do bad things, even if some information is accidentally leaked, it will not have a significant impact on our personal life. This also reminds us not to open some illegal and trapped websites because of our strong curiosity or greed for small gains, and we must not do illegal things online, otherwise we will suffer the consequences.
The next day, Wei Tao said that he had always been unsure whether his cautious personality was born or whether it was caused by psychological trauma. After this deep hypnosis, he deeply realized that the main reason was the latter, especially the online drama, which had a great negative impact on him.
He said that his anxiety and tension had basically disappeared, and his emotions had improved significantly. He also said that he would cooperate with Lucy's psychological intervention in the future.
I also told Weitao that although everyone does not want their personal privacy to be leaked, normally, it is not enough to make people afraid and anxious to this extent when encountering the browser automatically saves passwords. His reaction was overreacting. If the psychological trauma behind this is not repaired, he will encounter similar situations in the future, which may lead to emotional fluctuations again and even panic attacks.
Moreover, Wei Tao firmly believed at the beginning that there was no psychological trauma behind his cautious personality and was unwilling to deal with it, which exposed his self-righteous paranoid personality characteristics.
Weitao also said that he realized this. He said that he had good academic performance since childhood and was often praised by teachers, and he was indeed a little conceited. I guided him to strengthen his self-awareness of this in the future, and if necessary, he may further process it through deep hypnosis.
After Weitao's mood stabilized, I instructed him to stop the 50mg of quetiapine he was taking at that time and told his mother to closely observe the reaction to stop the medication. It is not a bad thing if Weitao experiences emotional fluctuations, but it will help further emergence of psychological trauma and better accept pathological memory repair under deep hypnosis.
At this time, less than 2 months after the in-depth psychological intervention began, Weitao only had one tablet of the right zopiclone every night.
After this medication reduction, Weitao still had random thoughts, which slightly affected his sleep, but it was not serious and his mood was fine. He and his mother both felt relieved.
But a few days later, Weitao's mother sent me a message saying that Weitao found that the WPS software has automatic backup function, and was in anxiety and fear. He also said that the volume of the phone was too loud when he was calling, so would others hear it; he also said that why he had been hospitalized and received in-depth psychological intervention for so long, but his condition still did not recover, and he even started crying again.
Wei Tao's mother comforted her son, saying that this was a reaction to stopping the medicine, which also helped to expose the problem, but Wei Tao still couldn't listen. Finally, under my suggestion, Weitao chose to take 25mg quetiapine again every night to relieve mood swings.
After he was slightly stable, I asked him to come and receive intensive cognitive intervention. I asked him, "Actually, many people know that WPS will automatically backup. This is to prevent emergencies and files will be lost before they can be saved. Why do you become so anxious after you know?"
Weitao said that he knew this rationally, but he just couldn't control his anxiety and random thoughts. He also realized that he was thinking randomly, but this made him even more pessimistic. He felt that he had been treated for so long, why did he still do this? He suddenly lost confidence in recovery and broke down.
I told Weitao that he suffers from typical bipolar disorder type I and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Bipolar disorder is a serious mental illness. Many psychiatric doctors at home and abroad believe that it is difficult to cure and require lifelong medication. Obsessive-compulsive disorder also gives doctors a headache, and is even called "psoriasis" in psychiatric departments.
Weitao has visited Peking University Sixth Hospital before. This is the top medical institution with the strength of psychiatric departments in my country, but it still cannot obtain good results. Therefore, he must realize how complicated his condition is, which is a difficult case.
Now he has only received in-depth psychological intervention for about 2 months, and his symptoms have been significantly relieved and he has also significantly reduced the medication. This is very rare. He wants to see his positive changes. Moreover, although he has been ill for many years and has suffered a lot of pain for this, he has only been receiving our in-depth psychological intervention for more than 2 months.
As the saying goes, "The disease comes like a mountain falling, and the disease goes like a thread pulling away." Although our in-depth psychological intervention is already considered rapid compared with other drug treatments or psychological treatment methods, it still takes a certain amount of time.
At present, Weitao has experienced emotional fluctuations, partly because taking medicine in the past covered up the relevant symptoms, and gradually emerged after stopping the medicine. This actually exposes deeper psychological problems and is beneficial to deep psychological intervention.
After my analysis, Weitao's anxiety was further reduced, he rebuilded his confidence, and promised me to cooperate with Lucy's pathological memory repair under deep hypnosis.
And Weitao's mother expressed her high trust in us as always. She is also a doctor herself. She understands that her son's condition is very complicated and the road to recovery must be full of twists and turns. She had already made mental preparations and hoped that we could continue to repair Weitao's psychological trauma.
02. Why can’t he let go of things he hadn’t done in the past?
Soon, Weitao received pathological memory repair under deep hypnosis for the 9th time. The problem he deals with is Why is he always thinking about things he hasn't done well in the past, and is worried about disaster-like consequences?
Under deep hypnosis, Lucy found 6 psychological trauma events, and the most important ones are introduced below.
The first traumatic event was the Baidu Netdisk incident mentioned by Weitao. He shared some of his personal information and videos with a friend through Baidu Netdisk, and did not delete the network records.
Wei Tao was very disappointed when he remembered this incident, thinking that his important information might have been leaked. He called this friend nearly 20 times and asked a lot of questions. The friend replied to him over and over again, so that he didn't have to worry.
But Wei Tao just couldn't stop and entered a state of extreme anxiety, with catastrophic thinking, his mind was messy, and he felt that he couldn't remember anything and could not concentrate.
The picture is from the Internet
He thought of a solution and recorded it on his mobile phone if he asked any questions. But he was worried about the leak after not writing it down. If he didn't remember it down, he felt that he couldn't remember it, and he was extremely confused.
The second trauma was in his sophomore semester . One morning, Weitao felt uncomfortable and had no appetite at noon, so he started to have a fever in the afternoon.
Weitao recalled that since he got sick this time, he felt that his mind was messed up and began to have a cleanliness obsession. He had to repeatedly wash his hands, change his bed sheets frequently, and had to place his home neatly.
Lucy let him recall what psychological activities he had at that time? Why does it change dramatically after getting sick?
Weitao said that he valued study at that time and hoped to succeed in the postgraduate entrance examination. Therefore, he has been pushing himself very tightly for four years of undergraduate studies, not letting himself fall into any courses, and also improve his grades by extending his study time.
But he couldn't attend class after a fever, and was very worried that he would miss the class. He felt uncomfortable and was anxious. He secretly made up his mind that he would not get sick again in the future! Therefore, he repeatedly cleaned his hands, for fear of being infected with the virus and bacteria again, which is actually a manifestation of catastrophic thinking.
The third trauma occurred after Weitao fell . He had just finished hospitalization and his condition improved. But after a few months, he entered a state of extreme anxiety, which continued until before the interview with me.
During that time, Weitao's parents learned about Morita's therapy online and tried to use this method to help Weitao solve the problem, but it was almost ineffective. Weitao felt that at that time he was like an ostrich burying his head in the sand and was unwilling to face his condition.
There are 3 other traumas, so I won’t go into details. Lucy repaired these traumas and gave some guidance. In fact, after going to college, Weitao was still the same as when he was in high school, and he worked hard to study for his excellent academic performance and fought a fatigue battle.
Lucy guides him that learning must pay attention to scientific methods and the combination of work and rest. You cannot just use methods that extend the learning time, otherwise you will easily get tired.
, and the occasional cold and fever are inevitable for everyone, and there is no need to be excessively afraid. On the contrary, every time we get sick, it is also a good time for us to stop and have a good rest. After recovery, we can devote ourselves to learning more energetic.
The next day, Wei Tao seemed very moved. He said, "I used to think about the past and torture myself. Now I think about it so stupid. We should live in the present!"
I couldn't help but laugh, but I also liked his positive changes. His past behavior was not stupid, but uncontrollable behavior that occurred after superimposed psychological trauma. Now more and more psychological trauma has been repaired, and he has gradually recovered his rationality. Of course, he must remain rational and optimistic in the future and live every day in front of him!
The effect of deep hypnosis this time was very obvious, and Weitao's mood improved greatly. I asked him to reduce the 25mg of quetiapine that he had temporarily added before, and still only took one tablet of yoxopilone every day to improve sleep.
Originally, Weitao's psychological intervention was still going to continue, but at that time, the new crown epidemic broke out in Guangzhou. We were unable to arrange psychological intervention for Weitao for the time being, so they had to go back to their hometown.
Although this is a decision that has no choice, it can also turn bad things into good things. I asked Weitao to try to get along with his father and feel whether his father has profound self-reflection, change and improvement.
I also asked him to feel the 24-year-old self who is in a state of integrity and beauty, experience more of his current life, and relax. This helps self-precipitation and better present the effect of early psychological intervention.
I also urge Weitao’s parents to consciously create a good family atmosphere, and take advantage of this time to accompany their son well, strive to further improve the parent-child relationship, which is more conducive to the son’s recovery, and also helps the subsequent psychological intervention.
During the suspension period, Weitao's mother reported to me about her son's situation through WeChat from time to time. She said that Weitao's overall condition was OK and he didn't think about it for a long time, but occasionally he was worried about some things, such as password leakage or the content of the phone being eavesdropped on by others.
But he doesn't like sports very much. He doesn't touch basketballs he likes before and spends most of his time playing games. Because he still can't read books, he will easily be anxious at first glance.
What made Weitao’s mother most relieved was that after family treatment, their family atmosphere became very good. The family had never had a dispute or quarrel, and Weitao was willing to communicate with his parents, and even began to care about his parents' health and understand his parents' consideration.
Wei Tao also said that he felt good about himself, especially compared to when he just stopped the medicine, it was a world of difference. Now he is very relaxed. His parents were sincerely happy to see their son’s positive changes, and even said they were very grateful to Lucy and me for bringing rebirth to their family.
However, Weitao is about to start school in September. He hopes to go to Guangzhou as soon as possible to continue to receive in-depth psychological intervention and then resume school in a better state. I can understand this very well, but the epidemic in Guangzhou had not yet eased at that time, and hypnosis therapist Lucy had cervical spine problems due to long-term deep hypnosis, which needed to be recuperated for a period of time.
Weitao's mother also expressed her great understanding, saying that pathological memory repair under Lucy's deep hypnosis is the most valuable resource. She hopes that she can first cultivate her body so that more patients can recover.
Later, I also learned that Weitao’s father really quit drinking, and Weitao and his mother were very surprised! Both of them agreed before, "Will he quit drinking? That's really the sun hit the west!"
Not only that, Wei Tao's father will also take the initiative to cook and do housework after get off work, caring for and respecting his wife and children. Weitao’s mother feels that she is very happy when she stays together. Seeing the huge changes in his father, Weitao no longer worried about his father's drinking.
03. After his parents discovered his premature love, he felt peeping
The epidemic in Guangzhou finally eased. After nearly a month, Weitao and his parents came again to receive in-depth psychological intervention. I met them first.
Weitao's mother thanked us again, saying that her son is really much better. However, when they were about to fly to Guangzhou from their hometown, their son forgot to check in. At that time, Weitao's mother was a little anxious and her tone was a little heavy, but when she saw that her son was in a low mood, she quickly changed her tone.
Weitao also said that when he found that he forgot to check in , he felt panic and insecure at the first time, but overall it was controllable. This insecurity will reach 10 points before receiving deep psychological intervention. After multiple interventions, it has dropped to 2 to 3 points, but it may have reached 4 to 5 points recently. There is actually superimposed psychological trauma behind this insecurity of
, which has not been repaired. The check-in incident caused a small psychological trauma to him, causing a small fluctuation in his condition.
Moreover, this incident reminds Weitao to reflect on himself. As an adult male, you must consciously and actively check in when taking a plane. He is already 24 years old and can no longer rely on his parents or just enjoy his parents' care. He even has to take on the responsibility of taking care of his parents and fulfill his responsibilities as a son.
Weitao also told me something. He pursued a girl in elementary school and confessed to the girl on QQ, but was discovered by the girl's mother. The girl's mother also told Weitao's class teacher, and the class teacher told Weitao's mother again.
Weitao's mother looked through Weitao's QQ records and criticized him. Since then, Weitao has always been worried that others will peek at his things and feel like they are being peeped at.
I feel that this incident caused psychological trauma to him, and Lucy felt the same after hearing this. The next day, she and Weitao felt that they would deal with this problem first: He always felt like he was being peeped at, and then he felt afraid, fearful and panic.
Image is from the Internet
Under this deep hypnosis, Lucy found 4 pathological memory events, and the following two were introduced.
The first incident occurred in Weitao Primary School in the third and fourth grades of . He saw the Minor Protection Law in the newspaper, which stipulates that the privacy of minors should be respected.
Wei Tao was very happy and felt that the national laws stipulated so, so that his QQ chat records and diary belong to personal privacy. If parents peek at it, it would be an infringement on themselves, which is illegal.
The second incident occurred when Weitao was in the fifth grade of elementary school , which was the incident in which his mother "peeked" at his QQ chat record.
At that time, he often chatted with his favorite girls on QQ. Once, he forgot to close the chat record window and was seen by his parents after get off work.
Weitao’s mother talked to him, “Are you talking about a partner?” Weitao admitted. Weitao's mother did not punish him at that time, but Weitao believed that her mother had peeped at her privacy and her trust in her mother collapsed instantly.
In fact, the truth of the matter is that my mother had already learned about him and that girl from the head teacher. My mother looked at his QQ chat records to prove the matter, for fear of wronging him, rather than deliberately peeping at his privacy.
Lucy after repairing the above trauma, he actively guided Weitao.
In fact, Wei Tao did not really understand the meaning of the provision of "respecting the privacy of minors". Adults should respect the privacy of minors, which does not mean that they cannot view the privacy of minors at all. As his guardians, parents have the right to view the chat records and diary of their minor children when necessary to eliminate some dangerous hidden dangers.
For example, some patients with smiling depression will reveal suicidal thoughts in their diary. If parents see the contents of the diary, they can improve their awareness and avoid tragedy.
So, he was only in elementary school at that time and lacked independent judgment ability. His mother looked at his chat records in order to better understand his situation, so as to protect him, guide him, and avoid him from doing wrong things. Weitao does not have to be afraid of being peeped at by others, and should not be obsessed with the details when encountering problems. He must be more relaxed.
Lucy once again strengthened the security issue of network use with Weitao. In today's big data era, everyone will more or less disclose some personal privacy. We treat it normally, as long as it does not affect our normal life, we are not too curious and greedy for small gains.
After this deep hypnosis, Weitao's emotions continued to be significantly relieved.More importantly, Weitao felt that after this psychological intervention, he felt that his wisdom had been improved, and Weitao's mother was also very pleased.
I would like to talk about here, why does Lucy emphasize that Weitao should relax his mind? Because until then, we found that he was still more likely to get stuck in the slightest and be entangled in small matters.
For example, almost every time you have deep hypnosis, Wei Tao felt that he should find out all the pathological memories related to the problem he was dealing with and deal with it, otherwise he would be worried about recurrence in the future. But based on our years of experience and the perspective of scientific spirit psychology, this is not necessary.
It is enough for us to repair the root and main pathological memory and then guide him to improve his cognitively. After precipitation, he will slowly form a virtuous cycle. As for some very small trauma or unpleasant things, we don’t have to worry about them. There are too many of them and it is unrealistic to deal with them.
In other words, when we encounter problems, we need to find the main contradictions and crux, focus on the big and let the small in a limited time and energy, and solve it.
Also, Weitao likes to play games very much, and often goes to some overseas and perhaps inconsistent websites to find game resources. But whenever these websites require him to fill in his account, password, or even personal information, he is particularly worried.
We guided him. Since that's the case, he tried to go to these websites as little as possible and used safe and formal platforms as much as possible. The security measures of those platforms were very standardized, and even played less games and used time to do other more meaningful things. Wouldn't the problem be solved? Moreover, we did not do anything bad. Even if we sometimes leaked our mobile phone number and even our name, we would not have any disaster consequences.
For example, Weitao said that he was taking the subway in Guangzhou recently and found that the pocket zipper of his pants was opened on the way, and he didn't care about it. But the next day, he found that his pocket was open again, and he began to worry, fearing that the phone would fall out, and thought that if the phone was lost, it would likely lead to catastrophic consequences. Weitao was anxious about this for 3 or 4 hours.
According to most people's thinking, wouldn't this problem be solved by changing to a pair of pants with a zipper in a pocket, or placing a phone in a backpack or holding it in your hand? Why do you have to repeatedly worry about this? It’s solved quickly. Isn’t it good to do more important things?
But Wei Tao still couldn't dispel his anxiety, nor could he convince himself that these things were "four things". He could always feel that these hidden dangers were serious and dangerous.
In fact, we later discovered that the symptoms of Weitao's exhausted thoughts are also caused by superimposed psychological trauma. Before repairing those traumas, although Weitao rationally recognized our guidance and knew that it was his own fault, he just couldn't do it. We will introduce these traumas in detail later, and we will not expand them for now.
04. Behind the "fatigue learning", there is an irrational obsession
Compared to his own thoughts, Wei Tao was more worried about his learning state, because the former was anxious for a few hours at most, while the latter kept making him feel at ease. It was soon the time to resume school in September.
So, Lucy began to use deep hypnosis to deal with Weitao's learning disability . Weitao said that when he reads books, or even hears words such as reading books, learning, etc., he will think a lot. Especially when I was in the "fatigue-style learning" in my senior year of high school, I was thinking randomly when I was in Chinese class, afraid that I could not stop classes and could not write homework, and I also had symptoms of delusion in my life.
When he arrived at university, he was in a similar state. The more he wanted to read, the less he couldn't get into it. He started to worry before he could read the book. So he was very worried. If he was still in this state, how could he go back to school to study for a postgraduate degree?
Pictures are from the Internet
After Lucy brought Wei Tao to a deep hypnosis state, he discovered 3 related psychological trauma.
The first trauma occurred in his junior year in the first semester. At that time, Weitao failed a subject in a very important subject. He was very anxious and thought that he had spent too much time in other subjects, which led to not keeping up with this subject. "It's over, how can I take the postgraduate entrance examination? My nearly 3 years of undergraduate studies, including three years of high school, were in vain!"
From the morning to the score, he was in a state of collapse and anxiety until the evening. "I tried hard to leave a good impression on the teacher in that subject before the exam, hoping that he would give him a higher score, but it was useless."
Wei Tao's mind was full of catastrophic thinking. If he failed this subject, it means he could not prove that he had strong learning ability and was not able to pass the postgraduate entrance examination. After repairing this, Lucy guided him to realize that the purpose of learning is not to prove how strong he has learning ability, nor to please anyone, but to allow himself to have greater freedom and create greater value in the process of future life choices.
The second trauma occurred in Weitao Primary School in the sixth grade . At that time, only Chinese and math classes were disciplined in his class, and the classrooms for other subjects were often messy and noisy.
Weitao had good grades in mathematics and Chinese at that time, but failed the English test. Once, when a parent-teacher meeting was held, the English teacher Weitao's mother kept saying that Weitao didn't study English well.
Weitao's mother was very angry and immediately scolded Weitao to tears when she got home. Weitao recalled that his mother scolded: "Your book is gone! Your future has no hope! You are a person who doesn't study hard!"
In fact, Weitao's poor English scores are related to poor English classroom discipline. The English teacher's teaching level was not high at that time, which was not entirely because he didn't study hard.
Weitao was criticized by his mother, very sad and guilty. He wrote a note to his mother, asking her to give birth to another child who could study hard, and then ran out of the house.
He was walking outside for several hours, and was very scared and was about to go home, but as soon as he arrived at the door, he heard his mother calling someone else and complained that he was not studying hard. Weitao did not dare to go home, so he ran to the community to wander. Later, my mother found him and took him home.
That night, Weitao cried almost all night. From then on, Weitao regarded learning as a pressure. He believed that he had the ability to learn and could not let the teacher say he was not good in front of others. He cared about the teacher's evaluation and even turned this into an obsession.
Lucy After repairing the trauma, we will guide Weitao to not attribute all the responsibility to himself when encountering setbacks. We must learn to comprehensively attribute to .
The third traumatic event occurred when he was in high school . There is a female classmate in Weitao's class who likes to talk very much during class, which leads to Weitao's inability to listen to classes and reading books, so his learning efficiency is naturally not ideal.
After Weitao went to college, he also felt that he could not read books, and he was very anxious. After repairing the trauma, Lucy guided him to realize that after psychological intervention, he is now a brand new self. He should be positive and learn to look at the surrounding environment from a new perspective. Even if you encounter difficulties that hinder yourself, you must convert them into motivation.
The next day, Weitao came to accept my intensive cognitive intervention. Weitao reported that when he was studying in the past, he always had a strong purpose. For example, when learning a new knowledge point, he would first think about whether he could take the exam. If he didn't take the exam, he would stop learning it.
So, the reason why Weitao studied hard is actually to achieve excellent results in the exam. When he was in junior high school and high school, he studied hard in order to get into a good university in the future and make his parents happy.
But unexpectedly, the university he was admitted to was not satisfactory. In order to prove his learning ability, after he went to college, he continued to study hard, vowed to take the postgraduate entrance examination, and had a strong obsession with learning, and even formed a distorted cognition.
Weitao's mother also discovered this problem. If his son's irrational learning attitude is not corrected, it will become the biggest obstacle to his return to school. She was very grateful for Lucy's handling of this problem.
I told Weitao's mother that she doesn't have to worry too much about resuming school. If there is any need in the future, I can also use the conditioned reflex reconstruction technology (CRRDH) under deep hypnosis to help Weitao shape an efficient learning state. Weitao's mother expressed her gratitude to us again.
Two days later, Weitao's mother happily sent a text message. She said that Weitao can sleep until he wakes up naturally every day, and waking up well is the best time for his central relationship in the day. His time for random thoughts was reduced, significantly less than before. The day before yesterday, I took the initiative to go shopping in the Guangzhou Library and read books in the library.
Also, Wei Tao used to squeeze his eyes involuntarily, especially when thinking about problems or expressing his subjective feelings, he often squeezed and couldn't control it, but now he has magically disappeared. "His progress was beyond my expectations. Thank you especially for Sister Lucy and you!"
By this stage, Weitao's in-depth psychological intervention had been carried out for more than half, but his obsessive-compulsive symptoms that were exhausted and easily entangled have not been completely resolved. The root cause behind it was beyond our expectations. It actually came from a set of books! Even in the later stage of psychological intervention, we realized that he had another mental and psychological disorder!
We will continue to share the article next week.
