The first Neurofilm Seminar is a cross-border linkage, multi-communication interdisciplinary forum jointly initiated by School of Art and Media of Beijing Normal University and the National Key Laboratory of Cognitive Neuroscience and Learning of Beijing Normal University. As a representative academic practice under the background of my country's new liberal arts construction, neurofilmology aims to open up and expand the academic intersection between film science and brain science and , focusing on new paradigms, new ideas and hot topics in film art and brain science research under the integration of art and science. As a new interdisciplinary discipline, neurofilmology is used to conduct empirical research on related to film by using cutting-edge technology of non-invasive brain imaging, cognitive psychology and cutting-edge theories and methods of neuroscience . It not only provides a neuroscientific foundation for the theoretical establishment and practical evaluation of movies, but also can promote the emergence of new experimental paradigms and the development of new theories and new methods in related fields of brain science. This forum will be launched on on December 3rd on . Science and Technology Association channel will broadcast live simultaneously, please stay tuned.
