In the process of psychological learning over the years, I often hear concepts such as acceptance, letting go, equality, etc. Many times, I seem to understand, but then I feel that I don’t understand.

Recently I began to understand that all the above concepts are just a convenient method.

is precisely because you are prone to distinguish likes and dislikes, so you say that you are equal and normal to treat it;

is precisely because you can't accept reality, so you say that you are accepting and treat it;

is precisely because you always like to be greedy and obsessed, so you say that you let it go.

This is the three sentences that are often repeated in " Diamond Sutra ", "What do I say, what is not what, what is the name?"

For example, I say that one letting go is not really letting go, but you are full of troubles because of your greed and attachment. In order to help you reduce your worries, I will tell you a way to let go. When you don’t have that greed, you don’t need to let go.

So, the so-called letting go is just a treatment method. Because of what you are attached to, I said something to break your attachment. When you don’t have that persistence, there is nothing I want to say.

So Buddha said: "If someone says I have taught the Dharma, then he is slandering me." Many people cannot understand. I have clearly explained so many methods, but why did I say that I didn’t say anything in the end?

Because what he said is just to break your attachments, nothing he wants to say.

There is a story like this. A young monk asked his teacher and said, "Master, what is enlightenment?" The teacher replied, "Enlightenment means eating when eating. Fetching water when carrying water."

The young monk was very confused and said, "Is that enlightenment? I also eat when eating and when carrying water. Am I already enlightened?" The master laughed and said, "You worry about carrying water when eating, and when carrying water when carrying water. When you are carrying water, you think about what to eat at night. I have delusions all day!"

It turns out that enlightenment means living in the present moment!

All the teachings of sages allow us to live in the present, focus on our hearts, and be down-to-earth.

(It is recommended that patients with anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder read two books "Emotional Self-Rescue" and "Perfect Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder".)

When we let go of our judgment on the good and bad things in the outside world and let go of our preferences and persistence, we are enlightened and refreshed and at ease. How can we learn and change?

So, in the end, there is nothing to learn, just be honest and down-to-earth.

This honest and down-to-earth concept is to apply the current popular concept, which is a state similar to "flow", which is free at the moment and has no worries.

In fact, if we think about it carefully, we will understand that our trouble lies in "absent-mindedness". That is the time and place. It’s just worrying about the future and regretting the past.

For example, social fear is worrying about how others will view themselves in the future. For example, forcing is to be sad and entangled with past thoughts and behaviors.

When we understand the root of the problem, we still need those concepts. When you can live in the present, where can you accept and let go?

Everything is natural, and thinking is wrong.
