From childhood to adulthood, Li Wenlian is the "child of other people's family" mentioned by parents. He is both good in character and learning, and is diligent and studious. In 1986, Li Wenlian successfully passed the Xi'an Jiaotong University clinical medicine major.
During college, Li Wenlian's life always revolved around classrooms, dormitories, libraries, and laboratories. He wanted to learn basic knowledge well and lay solid basic skills for the future. After graduating from
, Li Wenlian was assigned to work at Yanliang District People's Hospital and resolutely chose the hard and tiring pediatrics department.
The gentle, friendly, serious and responsible Li Wenlian is deeply trusted and loved by parents and children. Because no matter during the day or late at night, weekends or holidays, as long as the child he is in need, Li Wenlian would always rush back to the department as soon as possible to check the child next to the bed.
As more and more children are treated, Li Wenlian did not choose to follow the steps, but began to feel confused, especially when rescuing children with difficult and critical illnesses. "I always wonder, if my technical level is higher, will more critically ill children be reborn?"
In order to be able to treat more children, Li Wenlian chose to continue his studies and improve his professional ability.
Li Wenlian started a life of studying for the postgraduate entrance examination while taking care of his children. His super learning ability is indeed well-deserved. In 2001, Li Wenlian was admitted to the pediatric master's degree in , the Fourth Military Medical University, in his first battle, specializing in the direction of neonatal babies, and studied under the current director of Director Wang Ling of the Pediatric Center of Daxing Hospital.
In the years of Jun University, Li Wenlian saw from Director Wang Ling that a doctor was so obsessed with patients and their families like relatives, and was so obsessed with work. "That period was the time when I grew up the fastest."

were always left to those who were prepared. At an academic exchange meeting, Li Wenlian was introduced to their hospital as the subject leader by the director of a pediatric department in a Guangdong hospital.
Although Li Wenlian, who was 36 years old at the time, was full of enthusiasm, after calming down and thinking, he still faced great challenges from the north to the south. After returning home, Li Wenlian told his family about this matter, but he didn't expect that his family would support her unconditionally, so she would do it bravely if she wanted to.

With the support of my family, Li Wenlian came to Guangdong. After serving as the department director, she almost regarded the department as her home. During holidays, in order for doctors to accompany their family more, she often helped to take the shift. She was not only the head of the department, but also the caring person for everyone.
After she served as the department director, she must consider the development of the subject. Li Wenlian hopes to make up for the limitations of Western medicine through traditional Chinese medicine. She actively participated in various traditional Chinese medicine training classes and seized every opportunity to recharge crazily. She led the medical staff in the department to constantly explore, practice and summarize. Under her advocacy and promotion, pediatric treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has won unanimous praise from parents of the children.
In 2018, Li Wenlian led the department to adopt pediatric treatment in combination with traditional Chinese and Western medicine and was widely recognized in Zhuhai City, and was rated as the "Key Construction Unit of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pediatrics in Guangdong Province" and "Chairman of the Pediatrics Branch of Zhuhai Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine".

In 2021, Li Wenlian reached retirement age, and his original unit strongly invited her to be a specialist. But out of concern and guilt for his family, Li Wenlian chose to return to Xi'an and come to Xi'an Daxing Hospital, where he served as deputy director of the Pediatric Center and director of the Pediatric Care Department.
Since joining Daxing, Li Wenlian has quickly entered the role. With the continuous accumulation and improvement of clinical experience, Li Wenlian's treatment concept has also quietly changed. "In the past, I focused on how to treat diseases, but now I feel that children's health care is more important."
