This year is the 20th year that Yang Chunlong came to Shunde. Coincidentally, Shunde was the first stop for him to carry his bags, step out of the school gate, and take the train south from Harbin. "He came in 2003 and never left Shunde again."

Every Thursday morning, Yang Chunlong would attend the outpatient clinic of Leliu Hospital affiliated to Shunde Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (hereinafter referred to as "Leliu Hospital"). He is a chief Chinese medicine physician in the Chinese medicine internal medicine department and is also the deputy director of Leliu Hospital.

This year is the 20th year that Yang Chunlong came to Shunde. Coincidentally, Shunde was the first stop for him to carry his bags, step out of the school gate, and take the train south from Harbin. "He came in 2003 and never left Shunde again." He said with a smile.

Leliu medical level has risen. He is a witness and a builder. When he recalls why he came to Shunde from the distant north, traveling through mountains and rivers, Yang Chunlong said simply: "The employment of medical students at that time was far less popular than that now. I will go wherever there is a chance." When a genuine northerner crossed nearly 3,400 kilometers and came to the south, Yang Chunlong did not feel uncomfortable. On the contrary, when he met Shunde for the first time, he still remembered it fresh: "The road here is clean and spacious, especially green, giving people a particularly clean and fresh feeling."

Yang Chunlong, who graduated from Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, first interned and rotated at Shunde Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. After more than 4 years, he also determined his career direction, namely the direction of spleen and stomach problems in Chinese medicine internal medicine, and he still worked in this direction. In 2019, Yang Chunlong was transferred to the position of deputy director of Leliu Hospital.

The first challenge followed. At that time, Leliu Hospital was preparing to apply for a national chest pain center and a certification unit for basic chest pain center. Yang Chunlong felt that time was tight and the task was heavy. How could he organize the application work efficiently? "The country has very strict requirements for this center, and the time nodes are tight." Yang Chunlong immediately decided to start with the review rules, refine the criteria and optimize the process, and strive to ensure that the actual application materials are fully in line with the review conditions.

Hard work pays off. On May 17, 2021, the headquarters of China Chest Pain Center issued the "Announcement on the Certification Units of the First Batch of China Chest Pain Center and China Grassroots Chest Pain Center in 2021". Leliu Hospital affiliated to Shunde Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine passed the China Chest Pain Center certification (primary version) for the first time, which also means that its comprehensive diagnosis and treatment level of chest pain diseases has been nationally certified.

"Do it step by step, and you can gain something by accumulating little by little." Yang Chunlong said, "This is a blessing for the grassroots." The purpose of the construction of the National Chest Pain Center is to reduce the mortality rate of patients with myocardial infarction and save patients' lives. "And the land flow can directly allow the people to enjoy high-quality and standardized medical services at their doorstep."

Yang Chunlong's work day.

The heart of benevolence interprets the "spirit of great doctors"

The doctor is kind, and Yang Chunlong is still a "good person in Shunde".

On October 27, 2019, on the G86 train from Guangzhou to Hangzhou, a passenger about 45 years old suddenly developed symptoms of suspected epilepsy such as convulsions, foaming mouth, and loss of consciousness while riding the train. At that time, Yang Chunlong from the next carriage heard the radio and immediately rushed to the scene to quickly judge his condition, and cleverly used acupoint pressing to make the passenger become safe.

But when talking about this experience, Yang Chunlong just waved his hand, "I didn't think much at the time," always keep in mind the mission of the doctor and maintain a "benevolent heart" to support Yang Chunlong in practicing medicine for many years. "I just did what a doctor should do."

"Since I chose this profession, then we must plan the future direction from the beginning." Going to the grassroots and going to the community, Yang Chunlong always puts the interests of patients first, "Doctors must be responsible and be kind." Every time they see the relaxed expression of the patient's follow-up visit, Yang Chunlong is also happy from the heart, "This is my sense of professional gain." He smiled and said that the moment he felt most accomplished was to see his patients recover, and when he was in the clinic, he was also happy to communicate with patients, trying to see a patient and make friends.

takes root in hot land and explores development together. “The development of Leliu Hospital has become a microcosm of the overall medical career of Leliu."Yang Chunlong admitted that he also truly felt this change: from the increase in salary of medical staff, to the introduction of talents and standardized management of the medical team, to the exploration of medical alliance , and the construction of medical and nursing integration , every step of taking shows the strengthening of the service capabilities of Leliu medical system. "In the future, we will continue to promote medical improvement and deepen nursing quality services. "

" and "opening up the last 100 meters of hospitals and communities", bringing professional medical services into the community, and building a close health community is the work direction that Yang Chunlong must adhere to in the future. "We must take the local medical and health work one step forward. "Whenever we see the public enjoying professional and close specialist services, Yang Chunlong believes more firmly that "professional downturn" is necessary. "If community medical care cannot do it, then let's do it. ”
