In March this year, I temporarily moved into a community. I came to seek peace and quiet, but I didn’t expect it to be lively in three or five days - a construction site with about thirty people was opened vigorously.
The construction site is close to my apartment, and the straight line distance is at most ten meters. Therefore, every move on the construction site is within my eyes and ears. I was born a person with no prospects and could not achieve a state of turning a blind eye or turning a deaf ear to meditation. Especially since I heard that this building will take ten months to complete, I no longer pretend to be a scholar in the house. Whenever I come back from get off work or on weekends, I will just take the initiative to go to the construction site. I don’t expect that I will gain a lot of novel things - this may be the so-called loss of the east corner and the harvest of the mud.
The construction site, as the name suggests, really has nothing to say. Therefore, although the title is "Watching on the Construction Site", I actually want to write about the workers on the construction site.
They are not regular engineering teams, they have no headquarters, and no numbers. It is said that they are workers, but most of them are farmers. If they encounter winter and summer vacations, there will be some students who work part-time to study. Most of the people they live in are very close to each other. During the busy farming period, they were busy with crops in the fields. After finishing the crops, the leader greeted him and whistled, and about a dozen people gathered together.
"If you raise the recruiting flag, there will be people eating food." The team here has just been adjusted, and the phones there are tighter than the other side, urging the foreman to take the people over quickly. So, everyone put their luggage into their snakeskin pockets, carried them and left. "Take out dry food and make it a bun", pick up the guy and do it. When we arrived at the construction site, these ten people were a group, eating, living and working together, and they were all in their own business. For the rest of the matter, the foreman negotiated with the boss. There is a natural tacit understanding between them. No one needs to command anyone, but no one can miss each other. It is really a rare organism with coordinated operation and extremely efficient operation.
As the saying goes, before the troops move, food and grass will come first. These people are not much different from marching and fighting. Often one out of the dozen people is responsible for the food. This person does not need to have a high cooking skills, but he must have a high "culinary ethics", that is, everyone must be able to trust him and ensure that he will not cut corners and enrich himself. Therefore, usually, this person is either the wife of one of these ten people or the closest relative of someone.
is no longer as good as before. There is sufficient supply of essential items such as grain and oil. You don’t need to bring anything in the supermarket, and you can use the materials locally. The ones you bring with you are just a rice cooker and an induction cooker, and all the problems have been solved. How to eat three meals a day, there is no fixed meal recipe. You talk about your opinions, I talk about my ideas, and finally the chef will summarize them together, and a democratic centralism will be developed, and the minority will obey the majority, and the meal will be released. Since the person is responsible, the meal is absolutely on time. The chef said, "It's time to eat", and everyone immediately stopped their work, shoveling a shovel of dust, and not building a brick of wall.
When we arrived at the kitchen - it was actually a simple shed built in a corner of the construction site. I hurriedly wiped my face, and each took the big iron bowl hanging on the wall and went to serve the rice. The dishes are usually served in a large plastic basin and have been placed in the restaurant for a long time. It is said to be a restaurant, but it is actually three wooden boards built with a few bricks: the wooden board in the middle is wider and the support is also high, which is , dining table , and the vegetable basin is placed on it; the two wooden boards on both sides are supported lower, which is a bench for sitting people. Meals are never limited. Eat more if you eat a large amount and eat less if you eat a small amount to ensure you have enough food. There is a surplus for every meal; no matter how much you eat, the price of each meal is fixed and will be deducted from the wages.
As the saying goes, eat when you look at the food. Needless to say, the staple food is just the ordinary dish, and you can eat whatever is cheapest on the market. As for the shadow of meat, it is hard to see.After a few days, some of them were so greedy that they couldn't bear it. After finishing work, they ran to the street to get off the restaurant. I have to add one pound of cooked meat, two steamed buns, and two bottles of beer. I will be reimbursed after two seconds. Before leaving, I felt unsatisfied, so I asked for a bottle of beer under my armpits. When I came out, I didn’t even wipe my greasy mouth. I raised my head and drank it hard. I could drink half of the bottle in one breath. I breathed a little slow and kept sighing: It’s great, it’s so good!
After talking about what you eat, let’s talk about what you live in. If they will have more food, then they will be more miserable for living. The bed is basically impossible to see on the construction site, but there is never a short and wide, narrow, long and short wooden boards on the construction site. Just pick up a few pieces and put a few bricks on it, and a bed will be born. You know, they are all real construction engineers. Put the straw mat on the bed and it will be the bed.
Where to put the bed? Maybe! If I took over the project when the foundation was laid, I had to sleep in the open for the first half and twenty days; if I took over the middle, it would be much easier to deal with, so many empty rooms can be picked up for one; if I wanted to live in a single room quietly and lively Datong room, no matter where I live, it would be a new house without any ambiguity. Although the wall is still a rough wall, this just shows its newness. "Other people bought a new house, but they asked us to sleep on the first night." Every time they said this, they would be so happy that they could not stop, as if they had really taken advantage of it.
As the saying goes, "three women have one play". In fact, three men can also support one play, let alone more than ten men. After all, people are not machines. They will get sleepy after working for a long time. The foreman sees it, but it is not easy to scold anyone by name, so he suggests who will tell a joke. When everyone heard this, they were instantly energetic. Next, someone volunteered and said it was just a joke. Everyone was so happy that they leaned back and forth. Even the mute mosquito, who was like a stone sculpture on weekdays, couldn't control it. They burst out laughing, and before they could swallow it, they choked and coughed, and their necks were red. The jokes are wonderful and everyone is happy to listen to them. The fatigue disappears without realizing them, and the jokes become stimulants and lubricants.
If you want to talk about these workers, they are all from mud legs , but they have been working hard on construction sites all year round, but they are all technically unambiguous. While talking jokes, he was busy with his work. This is a wonderful talk and a great effort. Four mud knives were on one wall, and in the blink of an eye, the wall rose by about two feet high.
