"TACHO ALIGNMENT ERR" ALARM, which almost swept the screen, flashed back and forth, and the things that I was muttering to worry about still happened. It was estimated that the TACHO-B elastic bracket was broken again. After the large tube was arranged to remove the TACHO protective cover, it turned out that the same TACHO was still in the same position, and the same problem occurred again 4 months ago.
Because one side of the TACHO-B elastic bracket is basically broken, TACHO-B is slightly displaced, causing the stator angle deviation to exceed -1℃~1℃, so the fault alarm position error follows. Since I was sailing within 200 nautical miles of the United States at this time, and there was an impact of hurricane nearby, I communicated with the captain and asked not to stop the car for maintenance to see if I could insist on repairing before transportation, so I could only consider temporarily using ties and to fix it. Although this small wire ties really have shock absorption, the TACHO-B returned to normal after fixing.

The EICU-B insulation value still fluctuates between 0 and 3 thousand ohms. According to my work experience, the 80% possibility of the problem is in the CCU-8. Since the internal lines are basically insulated sleeves, the internal lines are intact. Then check the output and feedback cable lines of the CCU-8 control box. I have re-fixed the cable wire that vibrated loosely in the early stage. The rubber hose and plugged rubber shock absorption are placed between the cable and the bracket. It is obvious that the wire wire is not loose, and there will be basically no vibration wear.

Since the host is running, although the CCU8 control box MPC-10 circuit board signal plug can be pulled out for a short time after slowing down to measure voltage detection to confirm the insulated line, even if some lines are found to have problems, they cannot be solved during navigation. Since I had opened some junction boxes and pulled the relevant cables during the previous voyage to check the protection in the later stage, I did not find any problem of cable breakage, so I explained it a lot before stopping. Only the male and female plugs and junction boxes of the cylinder oiler were not convenient to open during navigation. The possibility of the problem here is relatively high (I have found that the low insulation problem has appeared here more than once) , so I opened this check first after parking.
