2. Provide reasonable solutions to solve related problems encountered during construction. After learning that the basement of Building 4# could not be completed ahead of schedule, it was impossible to carry out the construction work of the high-end room special transformer . With the assistance of the construction unit, a reasonable power supply plan was adopted to ensure the smooth operation of power and public power in Buildings 1#2#. Temporarily installed fire water tank on the roof of building 4#, and temporarily led the pipe to the roof, ensuring the smooth acceptance of the fire protection project of building 1#2#.
3. Assist colleagues to solve project-related problems. Regarding the overload of the street lamps constructed by the landscaping unit, which caused multiple trips and insurance burnouts, we went to the site to analyze the reasons and issued a reasonable solution, which was to divide the control into multiple loops to ensure that the three-phase balance of and met the requirements. The construction company, the supervisor, and the relevant personnel of the company all disagreed with my plan. Even my old colleagues called me and asked me to be more cautious in handling the matter. However, I did not back down. I presented the facts and reasoned. I led a team of people from the company to Xiangtan to inspect and analyze the relevant issues for everyone. principles and advanced technology, so as to gain everyone's consent and understanding; finally, I went to Xiangtan Design Institute for filing and explanation, and at the same time provided them with the engineering drawings I had done before for review. While gaining understanding, they also agreed with my approach; finally, the design institute issued design changes to solve all the concerns everyone had, but the approval time has already arrived in June.
2. When they learned that the high-end distribution room in Building 4# would not be able to operate normally at the end of the year, the construction unit was a little discouraged. If we separately pull two lines from the 630KVA transformer to Building 1#2# to ensure power and public lighting, it would cost tens of thousands of yuan in cables and labor. At the same time, the construction party asked us to get a visa for processing, and there are no redundant pre-embedded wire conduits. The company leaders asked us to solve the difficulties without increasing costs. I went to the site for inspection and checked the construction drawings. At the same time, I negotiated with the construction party on the solution. At the same time, I came up with a solution that did not increase the cost of the construction party to solve the problem of public lighting and power supply for Building 1#2#. That is to make reasonable use of the commercial meters we have installed in shopping malls and sales departments, and negotiate with the Electric Power Design Institute and the power supply department to solve the timely use plan. It has been running normally for more than a month now and can basically meet the relevant requirements.
3. The installation of the outdoor roof signboard took a lot of effort. The construction environment of Building 1#2# was relatively poor. At the same time, the civil construction unit was in the finishing stage. The transportation of materials, the erection and rectification of the steel frame required multi-faceted coordination. Especially for safety issues, the construction unit was required to wear safety belts. Now the effect at night basically meets the design requirements. (1) A new year, a new beginning, I will work hard under the guidance of the company's leaders, dig deep into the potential, and do a good job in temporary water and electricity management on the construction site.
