1, supermarkets, convenience stores
needless to say, even if risk control is used, supermarkets and convenience stores must ensure the lives of ordinary people, so they will not close, and business will be very stable throughout the year.
2, Fruit and vegetable store
This is the same as a supermarket. Vegetables and fruits are a must-have for each of us. Even if the environment is not good and everyone has no money, they still have to continue eating. They will definitely purchase them every two or three days.
3, hotel
The restaurant I mentioned is a store similar to noodle restaurants, fast food, dumpling restaurants, etc. You can eat enough for a person to spend less than 20 yuan in one meal.
Many people need to eat after get off work at noon, and they are even very tiring after get off work in the afternoon, so they can deal with it directly outside.
Like those restaurants with relatively large investments, they focus on social attributes, and have not had a good time in the past two years.
4, dairy store
I was in this industry. When I chose this industry, I was attracted by the development trend of dairy products.
My products include pasteurized milk , various handmade yogurts, fruit salad , yogurt ice cream , 0 calories sugar yogurt, warm yogurt, etc.
Fresh milk and yogurt are a must-have every day, just like breakfast, so the impact is not very big.
5, pharmacy
The place where I open a store is within 1,000 meters, and there are probably seven or eight pharmacies.
This industry has a good business, which will make everyone feel uncomfortable. After all, we don’t want to get sick.
But everyone's physical condition is different. Health care products, nutritional products, and daily medicines consume a lot. It is not a problem to support two or three pharmacies in a community.
