According to the work arrangement, the following announcement is now made on the written examination for public recruitment of police auxiliary personnel in 2022.
1. Admission ticket printing time
The first time the admission ticket has been printed, candidates do not need to print it again. If any are lost, they can apply for printing again from 8:00 on November 22, 2022 to 18:00 on November 24, 2022.
2. Admission ticket printing method
Scan the "Print Admission Ticket" QR code (Appendix 1), print the "Admission Ticket" as prompted and keep it properly for use in preparation for examinations, qualification review and other aspects. If the "Admission Ticket" is not printed, it will be deemed to be automatically given up. After applying for the examination, the candidates should carefully read the instructions of the "Admission Ticket" and be familiar with the test points in advance.
3. Written test time and location
2022 (Sunday) from 9:00 to 11:00 am, Chengguan Middle School, Wenxian County.
4. Test certificate
Examination candidates must bring the "Admission Ticket" and the original valid resident identity certificate (the resident ID card, temporary resident ID card or social security card within the valid period) to participate in the written test. Those with incomplete two certificates are not allowed to take the exam. If the resident ID card is lost or expired, go to the public security organ of the place where the household registration is located to apply for a temporary resident ID card to take the exam.
5. Epidemic prevention and control
(I) Examination candidates must carefully read the "Notice on the Prevention and Control of the New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic by Wenxian Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in 2022" and strictly abide by the latest requirements for epidemic prevention and control. Anyone who violates the relevant regulations on normalized epidemic prevention and control of the state, province, city and county, conceals and falsely reports key information on travel history and health status such as epidemic prevention and control will be held accountable in accordance with the law. We must pay close attention to the WeChat official account of "Wenxian Public Security" to understand the latest work arrangements.
(II) From November 21, 2022 to November 26, 2022, the candidates must check in as required on the WeChat mini program "Wenxian Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Wenxian Public Security Bureau in 2022 public recruitment of police auxiliary personnel in written test health check-in" (Appendix 2) every day, and check in as required and upload relevant information. In order to strictly implement the relevant requirements for the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia and ensure the safety and health of every candidate, according to the current epidemic situation, we are hereby informed about the epidemic prevention and control of the candidates during the written examination in 2022. All candidates are asked to know and cooperate with the measures and requirements for epidemic prevention in the written examination.
Candidates who took the written test search for the "Healthy New Gansu" mini program on WeChat to apply for the Gansu Provincial Health Code, and pay attention to the status of the "Health Code".
1. From November 21, 2022 to November 26, 2022, candidates must check in and upload relevant information as required in the WeChat mini program "Wenxian Human Resources and Social Security Bureau 2022 Public Recruitment of Police Auxiliary Personnel Written Examination Health Check-in" every day. If the candidate does not check in or the number of days in the clock is insufficient to affect his normal entrance exam, the candidate shall bear the responsibility.
2. For candidates who have a history of traveling in high-risk areas within 7 days, 7-day medical observation will be implemented, and nucleic acid testing will be completed according to the isolation requirements.
3. For candidates who have a history of traveling in counties (cities, districts, and banners) where the epidemic is located within 7 days, nucleic acid tests will be implemented for 3 days (within 24 hours each time). Try not to go out to move before the nucleic acid test results are reported. During home isolation, other members of the family must not leave their homes. If they do not meet the conditions for home, centralized isolation will be implemented.
4. Candidates with Gansu Province's health code not "green code" or abnormal communication big data itinerary card can follow the on-site analysis and judgment based on the examination room epidemic prevention and control staff after meeting the conditions, those who meet the conditions can take the examination in the backup isolation examination room.
4. During the preparation process for the examination, candidates in provinces involved in epidemics should take good self-protection, avoid traveling and living in medium and high-risk areas of the domestic epidemic or abroad, avoid contact with confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia, suspected cases, asymptomatic infections of and personnel in medium and high-risk areas, and avoid gathering in places with high mobility and dense crowds; do a good job of self-protection, pay attention to personal hygiene, strengthen nutrition and reasonable rest, prevent excessive tension and fatigue, avoid colds, and take the exam with a good mentality and physical fitness. On the day of the exam, you should go to the test site in a suitable way and keep a safe distance from others.
5. Candidates should arrive at the test site at least 90 minutes in advance for epidemic prevention inspection. When entering the test site, all candidates must hold the "green code" of Gansu Province's health code, the green code of the communication big data itinerary card, and the negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours before the written test. They must have normal health status (no symptoms of fever, dry cough, fatigue, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, loss of smell and taste, diarrhea, etc.) before they can enter the venue to take the exam.
6. When candidates enter the venue, they should actively cooperate with the staff to undergo temperature testing. If the temperature is found to be ≥37.3℃, they need to undergo a temperature retest on site. If the temperature still exceeds the standard, the on-site medical staff must use the mercury thermometer again for underarm temperature measurement. For candidates whose temperature is ≥37.3℃ three times in a row, the medical staff at the test site will conduct antigen testing on the candidates, and samples will be taken for nucleic acid testing at the same time. Candidates with negative antigen will be arranged to take the exam in the backup isolation examination room; candidates with positive antigen will activate the emergency plan to deal with the epidemic.
7. Candidates are found or actively reported to be unwell during the examination. After re-testing, they have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, loss of smell (taste), diarrhea, etc., and will be analyzed by the medical staff at the examination site. Candidates who have the conditions to continue completing the examination will be arranged to continue the examination in the standby isolation examination room. The time delayed for candidates to transfer from the ordinary examination room to the standby isolation examination room will no longer be added; candidates who do not meet the conditions to continue completing the examination will be properly handled by the medical staff at the examination site in accordance with the regulations.
8. During the exam, candidates should bring their own masks and wear masks scientifically according to the epidemic risk level and prevention and control requirements of the test site. When crowd gatherings, masks must be worn throughout the process, but masks must be removed under special circumstances such as identity verification.
9. During the examination, candidates must consciously maintain the examination order, maintain a safety prevention and control distance from other candidates, obey the arrangements of the on-site staff, and leave the venue in an orderly manner according to regulations after the examination. Candidates who take the exam in the alternate isolation examination room must leave after all other candidates at the examination center leave.
10. Candidates should read this announcement carefully, promise to be aware of the matters informed, proof obligations and epidemic prevention requirements, and voluntarily bear relevant responsibilities. Anyone who conceals or lies about key information on epidemic prevention and control such as travel history, contact history, health status, etc., and fails to cooperate with staff to conduct relevant health testing, inquiries, investigations, and medical treatment, will be dealt with seriously in accordance with relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control, and will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
11. The relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control of the examination will be dynamically adjusted according to the current overall deployment of epidemic prevention and control and the latest requirements. If there are new changes in epidemic prevention and control before the exam, the latest relevant information will be released on the WeChat public account platform of "Wenxian Public Security". Candidates are advised to pay attention in time.
