On the afternoon of October 18, according to the current needs of the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, in order to improve the hospital's response capabilities and strengthen the strength of the hospital's epidemiological investigation team, Central South University Xiangya Second Hospital selected 60 front-line staff with public health professional background in all departments of the hospital to form a hospital's epidemiological investigation team for systematic and standardized training. , Director Tong Dejun of the Hospital Infection Control Center used the writing of the epidemiological investigation report as a clue to sort out the writing of the new crown epidemic investigation report in the hospital and explain the actual case operation methods. Liu Hengzhuo, the officer of the hospital's infection control center, explained the work of participating in epidemiological investigations, determining close contacts, risk assessment, and suggestions on prevention and control measures when the hospital encounters an infectious disease outbreak.
The establishment of the epidemiological investigation team for the new crown pneumonia epidemic will further the epidemiological theoretical basis of public health personnel in the hospital, comprehensively improve the on-site epidemiological investigation and epidemic handling capabilities of public health personnel, cultivate applied on-site epidemiological backbone, and continuously improve the level of scientific and precise prevention and control.
