Pinthong Industrial Park Public Company Limited (PIN) continues to expand the Pinthong 6 Industrial Park project by another 137 rai. Mr. Peera Patamaworakulchai, CEO of
PIN, revealed that after the establishment of the company, it has developed the Pinthong 6 Industrial Estate project and began selling the area to industrial customers who came to set up factories at the end of last year. Since the land in the industrial zone has been transferred to customers at a price of 10 rai, it is believed to have received a good response, and there are still foreign customers visiting the project and more land is being purchased. Reflecting outstanding project potential from the design of project plans and services, utilities, facilities, with an eco-industrial city or eco-industry as an environmentally friendly concept. Promote the quality of life of workers within the project and surrounding communities and the environment to coexist in a sustainable manner by focusing on providing green spaces and ecological belt areas around the project area, such as wastewater treatment and reuse within the project, using renewable energy to reduce pollution problems and save energy wait.
The company plans to expand the development area of the Pin 6 Industrial Area Project (PIN6) by another 137 rai, for a total of 1,460 rai. PIN will focus on marketing and raising awareness of the project’s design benefits. It also strengthens the project’s location in the EEC economic zone near the Map Ta Phut deep-sea port. and Laem Chabang Deep Sea Port including U-Tapao Airport near the modern industrial S-curve using advanced production technology in the production process to attract foreign investors.

Pinthong Industrial Park Public Company Limited will also continue to build its business base in the recurring revenue group, hoping to increase the revenue proportion to 50% within 3 years. Preparing to change its name to Pinthong Utilities and Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. (PURE) accepts the plan to invest and hold Pinthong Solar Company to penetrate the solar power plant business with an investment budget of 1.6 billion Install Solar Rooftop on the roof of the factory at Pinthong Industrial Estate 1-5 , with a total area of 1.3 million square meters of industrial zone and a floating solar farm with an area of 300 rai, a total power generation capacity of 80 MW and an investment budget of 1.6 billion baht to create energy security for industrial zone customers. It is expected to be put into operation in the third quarter of this year, and the revenue recognition of the above-mentioned projects will be completed in the first quarter of 2023, which will benefit utility service income.
In addition, the implementation of a new logistics park project will be accelerated, covering an area of 290 rai, and allocated for the construction of factories and warehouses for rent. It is a free zone of over 200,000 square meters in a prominent location. The first phase of the project near Laem Chabang Deep Sea Port will begin development in the third quarter of this year and will allow operators to rent factories and warehouses by early 2023, which will support the group's substantial revenue growth.
