After the cycle time of the water spider is determined, its workload can be determined accordingly. According to the actual measurement of the workload, the time required to complete these tasks is measured. The best workload is about 80%.

The water spider runs according to the cycle time. However, due to different container capacity, parts consumption, and production line status, the end time of different cycles of the water spider may be different, sometimes early and sometimes behind, this is a normal phenomenon. When the cycle is completed in advance, there is no need to start the next cycle immediately, just wait for the normal cycle time, because the line edge design will ensure that there will be no shortage of material in the next cycle.

work content is simply that the water spider takes the materials needed for the production line from the supermarket according to a certain route, and distributes them to the point of use on the line.Then return the empty container and information to the supermarket, and then take the material from the supermarket.
