Ukrainian President Zelensky delivered the annual State of the Nation Address "On the Basis of Domestic and Foreign Policies" in the Verkhovna Rada (parliament) of Ukraine on December 28. 5. 2023 should be a decisive year in the Russia-Ukraine war. We understand the risks over the winter and we understand what we should be doing in the spring, which means we understand what the entire defense and security sector must demonstrate in 2023.
