Japanese aerospace research and development agency said that they judged that the rocket could not fly safely and sent out a signal to destroy the fuselage, and the rocket exploded in the air. Such destruction orders will not cause damage to people and facilities on the ground.
This rocket carries 8 satellites , including commercial satellites developed by Japanese companies, experimental satellites for Japanese companies and universities. The detailed cause of the failure is still under investigation. The live broadcast footage at the launch site was temporarily suspended, and the live broadcast record of its official YouTube channel was also deleted.
