So Jia Guanghe set out to improve training by manipulating his own skills, while drawing lessons from successful cases of other troops, guiding the troops to improve their coordination while ensuring tactics. Slowly, Jia Guanghe's commanding ability has been improved, and the collective consciousness of the team has also increased a lot.
