On September 27, the Shuozhou Municipal Bureau of Veterans Affairs held a video conference on promoting the resettlement of veterans in the city. Wang Guowen, a second-level researcher at the Municipal Bureau of Veterans Affairs, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. The heads of relevant departments of the Municipal Bureau, directors of the Veterans Affairs Bureau of each county (city, district) and directors of the Veterans Service Center of the Veterans Affairs Center attended the meeting. The meeting first conveyed the spirit of the Provincial Department’s symposium on resettlement of veterans on September 24, and deployed the next stage of work tasks; the directors of the Veterans Affairs Bureaus of each county (city, district) made statements respectively; the meeting was finally delivered by Comrade Wang Guowen.

We must carefully study and make careful arrangements, and organize and implement subsequent work tasks based on the implementation of resettlement policies. Second, we must adhere to "policy guidance and standardized operation" and maintain the continuity of the new and old resettlement policies; be open, fair and just, do good things in practice, and do practical things well. The third is to adhere to the principle of "clearing the time limit and advancing according to the table", compare the time limit requirements, speed up the work progress, and complete this year's resettlement work tasks with quality and quantity.
