In response to this, Taiwan’s “Army Command” stated that on the 14th, it was initially verified that a major general named Huang was entering and leaving the erotic place. He received an invitation from a retired comrade at 5 pm on the 13th to go to a shop in Anding District, Tainan City, greeting his friends who were celebrating their birthday and then leaving immediately.
