In January 1938, the thirty-first team launched a siege against Yanshan City. At that time, there were more than 100 Japanese troops and more than 500 puppet troops stationed in the city, with sophisticated weapons and sufficient ammunition.
Considering our disadvantage, Xing Renfu ordered the use of day and night harassment tactics.
