1. Control objects

The "low, slow and small" flying objects referred to in this notice refer to low-altitude, slow-speed, small aircraft, that is, the flying altitude is below 1,000 meters, the flying speed is less than 200 kilometers/hour, radar reflection area Flight targets less than 2 square meters mainly include light and ultra-light aircraft (including light and ultra-light helicopters), traversing aircraft, gliders , delta wings , powered delta wings, manned balloons (hot air balloons), airships , paragliders, powered paragliders, drones, aviation models, unmanned free balloons, tethered balloons, Kongming lanterns, etc.
