From the perspective of investment methods, among the 121 approved main applicants, 95 were obtained through home purchase immigration, with an investment of 54.62 million euros, of which 46.264 million euros were inflowed into 500,000 euros of housing purchase immigration projects, accounting for 84% of the investment in real estate ; 12.3562 million euros were inflowed into 350,000 euros of old house renovation projects, accounting for 16% of the investment in real estate . There are 26 other places that invest 11.03 million euros through capital transfer.
In addition, the Portuguese Immigration Bureau also released the overall data since the implementation of the gold residence policy in October 2012. The data shows that as of November 2022, a total of 11,384 main applicants were approved and 18,617 affiliated applicants were approved. Among them, the approved Chinese families have exceeded 5,222, accounting for 45.9% of , which shows the love and recognition of the Portuguese project.
