- Application for partners or dependent children (Except for the guarantor or intent guarantor entering Australia by illegal sea arrival (IMA) and holding a permanent visa);
- application for orphan relatives (except for the guarantor or intent guarantor entering Australia by illegal sea arrival (IMA) and holding a permanent visa);
4. Application of paid parents or elderly parents in paid categories (except for the case where the guarantor or intent guarantor enters Australia by illegal sea arrival (IMA) and holds a permanent visa)
5. Application of caregiver (except for the case where the guarantor or intent guarantor enters Australia by illegal sea arrival (IMA) and holds a permanent visa)
