The day before, the US Citizenship and Immigration Service also deleted the questions and answers on the implementation of the new law again, and completely deleted the relevant content that requires investors to submit new EB-5 applications before regional centers are reauthorized.
The updated EB-5 application has two versions of the I-526 and I-526E forms:
Direct investment projects will use the new version of the I-526 form
Regional center projects will use the I-526E form

According to the new law, direct investment projects can only have one investor. If there are multiple investors, applications must be submitted through the regional center project;
Regional Center Project Form I-956F must be submitted first. After receiving the receipt from the Immigration Bureau, the investor can submit the I-526E application;
The current application fee for I-526 and I-526E is US$3,675, but after October 1 The price will increase by US$1,000 according to the new law, which is US$4,675.
