Pingchao Branch of Tongzhou District Market Supervision Administration was established in 2015. It currently has 21 employees and has a regulatory area of 103 square kilometers. We persisted in shutting down and eliminating some batches, rectifying and standardizing some batches, and improving quality and reforming some batches, forming experience in standardizing and stabilizing small workshops. Bravely take on the important task of supervising the largest volume of special equipment in the district, give full play to the effectiveness of the "two-specialist" mechanism of establishing special equipment classes in the branch and setting up special equipment specialists to ensure the safe operation of 3,000 special equipment in nearly 700 units. In terms of enforcing the law for the people, they insist on striking hard, being tolerant and prudent. Always focus law enforcement on people's livelihood areas, maintain a high-pressure law enforcement posture, and severely crack down on illegal activities that endanger people's livelihood and safety and disrupt market order. In the past year, more than 80 cases have been investigated and handled, one case was transferred to the public security, and one case was assisted in cracking down on counterfeiting, saving the company's economic losses of more than 50,000 yuan, effectively safeguarding the market economic order in the jurisdiction. One case was rated as a typical case of the national market supervision system, and the "people's livelihood protection" law enforcement brand was launched. Adhere to inclusive and prudent law enforcement, establish a corporate fault-tolerance mechanism, and will not punish more than 50 companies for first-time or minor violations that do not involve major safety issues.In terms of epidemic prevention and control, they worked together to attack effectively. They proactively stayed on the front line of prevention and control in key areas such as imported cold chains, pharmacies, and restaurants. They implemented epidemic prevention measures for more than 3,000 market entities in functional areas and assigned by the government and severely cracked down on illegal activities. They were rated as 5 typical cases of epidemic prevention and control at the two urban levels.
