On the morning of December 28, Honggutan District held a economic operation monitoring and analysis meeting. District Mayor Liu Guangrong presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. District leaders Qiu Haiquan, Qiu Sheng, Xiong Fei, Wu Meiping, Pi Bin and Luo Guoliang attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the District Statistics Bureau analyzed the economic operation of the entire region, the District Development and Reform Commission reported the operation of the leading indicators, and the district departments sorted out their respective industry fields or leading indicators one by one and proposed specific measures.
Liu Guangrong emphasized that the entire region must thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, better coordinate epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, put economic work in the first place, clearly understand the current economic situation, maintain strategic focus, and make every effort to promote high-quality economic and social development in the region.

Third, we must strengthen overall development. It is necessary to focus on overall planning and dispatch, with district leaders paying close attention, all departments cooperating, going down to the front line to solve problems, gathering joint efforts, and orderly and effectively promoting the implementation of economic policies and measures to achieve results.
Fourth, we must strengthen annual review. All departments and jurisdictions should conduct a review and analysis of the economic operation throughout the year, objectively judge the next economic operation situation, and consolidate the basic economic work for next year.
Fifth, we must strengthen responsibility compaction. must proactively perform its duties, strengthen operational monitoring, quantify and implement various tasks, consolidate responsibilities at all levels, and promote efficient implementation of work.
Qiu Haiquan put forward three requirements for the economic operation work at the end of this year and the beginning of next year:
