In accordance with relevant provisions such as the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishments of the Communist Party of China", "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China", "Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Punishments for Public Servants" and other relevant provisions, it was studied at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Panzhihua Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection. It was also reported to the Municipal Party Committee for approval and decided to expel Li Yulong from the party; the Municipal Supervisory Committee would give him the sanction of expulsion from public office; confiscate his illegal gains that violated disciplines; transfer his suspected criminal issues to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law. The property involved was also transferred.
