Guo Tao emphasized that should pay close attention to the control of dust at construction sites. We must fully implement the "6+2 100%" on construction sites, coordinate various tasks such as construction enclosure setting, material residue covering, wet work, construction site road hardening, transportation vehicle washing, door and window opening sealing, etc., promote refined and standardized dust control at construction sites, and control dust pollution to the maximum extent. must pay close attention to the refined management and control of the surrounding environment of national control points. It is necessary to regularly wet sweep and sprinkle water on the roads in the living areas around the site to keep the ground clean and free of floating dust; the exposed ground must be hardened, greened or covered with thatch in place; law enforcement inspections in key areas and key industries such as residential areas and restaurants around the national control points should be strengthened to prevent new problems and rebound. We must pay close attention to the control of dust on traffic roads. We must conscientiously implement the requirements of "six noses and six cleanses", increase the frequency of road watering and cleaning, strengthen traffic law enforcement and navigation monitoring on key road sections and key periods, put an end to the phenomenon of "runs, leaks, leaks", and effectively maintain a high-pressure situation in road dust control; we must strengthen the investigation and rectification of open-air parking lots on both sides of national and provincial arterial roads, and do a good job in hardening and improving roads on the site. We must do a good job in flushing equipment and regularly sprinkling water to reduce dust, so as to reduce dust pollution from the source; we must strengthen the improvement of level crossings on national and provincial arterial roads, and comprehensively investigate, register, and cancel numbers to address problems such as "dirty and poor road hygiene", bare soil that is not covered, and greening that is not trimmed, so as to create a smooth, safe, comfortable, and beautiful highway traffic environment for the general public.
