Subsequently, Guo Tao came to Zhengyuan Coal Washing Plant and Shangbajian Village to preach the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party, inquired in detail about the company's production, village situation, party members and current problems, and put forward opinions and suggestions for the next step of work.
Guo Tao emphasized that
